Uniconnect is the worst option available !

The worst option available in the market are none other than Uniconnect sim cards - - poor service quality, inefficient sales staff that do not believe in sharing the right information at all. Burnt my pockets recharging for France and still was out of credit without even making calls. Never using or recommending them...

Fake promises by Uniconnect sim

Uniconnect Sim Cards are the worst possible choice for a telecom solution for anyone traveling abroad. Their fake promises of amazing affordable plans and seamless connectivity will only dupe you of all your money and ultimately u will find urself making endless calls on the customer centre which remind you is rarely received with a pleasant voice!! All in all its a negative for this company....

Frustrating services of Uniconnect

My first travel abroad and the worst mistake of choosing Uniconnect sim card for Dubai. It was the most frustrating experience of my life. My data went flying out of the window, even though i wasn’t using 3G, they refused to reckon this request on the customer care handle and what to say about “CONNECTIVITY” which wasn’t there at all !!...

Uniconnect cellular is a nightmare

Never heard of Uniconnect Sim Cards – thats the best that has happened to you!! Well i used this horrible service provider for Australia not knowing what i was signing up for. A pre paid sim card that can never be recharged no matter how much you try getting through the process. Not only did i manage losing almost 100 AUD for the recharge, but dealing with the cust care ppl was a nightmare!! The sim card has found its way into the dustbin!!...

Uniconnect sims are the biggest scam

Uniconnect sim cards are the biggest scams that you can ever come across with. I bought their Malaysian sim card and it was really bad. The sim was broken from the edges when it got to me and not only that i had ensured that i had enough credit on my phone to last me 5 days, but somehow every call back to India not more than 3 minutes, was expensive as hell.!! And all my credit worth 500RM was off!! I am never recommending or using Uniconnect...

Uniconnect is a big failure

On all telecom standards, Uniconnect sim cards are a big big failure!! Their only pre-paid services available are as good as non existent when it comes to network in other countries and they are no where close to being affordable!! You first pay an amount for buying the sim which generally is trashed cz it never works no matter how much u try!!...

Worst Services I Never Recommend To Anyone

You know Uniconnect Sims can be bought at the airport, cz thats the place they will catch you and con you into buying their product as you are in a hurry and sell you the most outrageous plans. I paid 75 bucks for call back to India from UK, while calling from my international roaming would be almost the same!! Glad it was prepaid cz i stopped recharging after the first time!! Poor service levels...

Uniconnect Sim Cards are just a disappointment!! My daughter was travelling to France for an exchange prog for 3 months so we got her a pre paid local sim card from there. Not only was calling super expensive for her, claimed otherwise by the company, but she found recharging the sim from there absolutely impossible. Why offer a service that you cant deliver!!...

Totally Worst Services Uniconnect

I bought a sim card from Uniconnect while i was travelling to Spain and really glad that i didn’t spend more than 2000 rs in buying and recharging that waste. I could barely makes calls from there, with poor reception and with flag falls costing me a bomb, i just disposed the sim there. Really expensive than what i actually landed up paying there making calls from a local sim card. !!...

Sim card sold by the company which haven't worked

On March 26th 2014 I have purchased a UNIconnect International sim card- [protected] from T3 terminal but it didnt worked and since them I am following up with the company but they are hardly replying to my messages.
I have lost 1000 INR and want the company to pay back

Don’t go for Uniconnect sim cards ever! They are the biggest frauds one can come across, believe me. I took their international calling card and they would deduct money from the available credit few hours after making the calls which would already be deducted right after the call. And after so many follow ups, no action taken yet! The simcard didnt worked for the first 5 days of my 10 days of travel and yet i wud receive messages of money...

Recommending all to totally scrap their services

I have had the worst experience dealing with Uniconnect sim cards. Their sales staff couldn’t have been more misinformed than what they are currently. Having asking them frequently if they have a post paid connection for UK and getting a yes for an answer all the time, and then finally getting a pre paid number saying this is it !! Nothing beyond but a failure!! Recommending all to totally scrap their services...

My mum was travelling to France so we got her a uniconnect sim card so that we could stay cinnnected and so cud she with us back home. Little did we know that we were inviting trouble and nothing else. Luckily she was carrying her Indian number as well cz after 2 days her sim stopped working and on calling the sales guy, he said it will take another day or so to get it rectified, when it actually took them more than 2 days. !!...

Guys i spent more than 5k recharging my uniconnect pre paid sim card for UAE. A rather heavy amount for 3 days. !! Uniconnects claim of managing prepaid numbers and cost effective is a big fat lie. For every minute call back to India some random amount was cut everytime. Their pre paid options makes you spend more than help you save more !! Total crap...

I took Uniconnect international sim card for UAE and was mis-infomed by the sales guy that there was no initial connecting charges while making a call. Offering Pathetic Service

I was travelling to Euorpe on a business trip and my office guys got me a uniconnect sim card for Europe. I was promised an initial airtime of rs 1000 which never got credited in my account. Nobody in their office had any idea about activating data plan on my number – thus me spending extra on data usage. Such a pathetic service and equally sad product offering. Totally rejected....

Hi, i would like to inform everyone that when it comes to customer services, uniconnect sim card company is the biggest faulter. Their so called 24x7 customer care numbers or the toll free numbers never seem to work. I was stranded in UK trying to get through their listed numbers and neither worked. It was such a horrible experience using such a third grade company’s services. !!!...

Cheated And Robbed Company

I was in USA using a uniconnect sim card for the same. When i got back and saw my bill i was more than shocked!! My bill was 250 pounds !!! I immediately called the guy who sold the plan to me, and asked him for a logic for charging my US number in pounds when he said it will be charged in dollars... I got no clear reason for the same and had to visit their office thrice to get thru to their sr. Manager who was equally clueless!! Uniconnect...

For me, Uniconnect sim card for HongKong worked fine for 2 days and then most of my calls failed to get connect. I even called the customer care quite a few times. They promised to call back once they figured out the issue and fix it. There was no call from their end despite my desperate calls to the centre. Uniconnect sim cards are a failed product for me....
