Provide broken sim card

I had bought a Uniconnect Sim Card for Germany and they delivered a broken sim card with chipped edges and the sim looked tattered, impossible to use. When I called their customer center, they refused to take the sim back or replace it with a new one. I am really happy that I just to settle with a minor amount of 200rs for the sim. God knows if the product was like that, how would the services be....

Very bad connectivity across Europe

. My husband had bought a uniconnect sim card for our trip across Europe and we had a terrible experience trying to connect to any available network. There were perpetually calls dropping and the data services that we paid extra for were equally poor. It was like using a telephone than a mobile phone. There are better services available than Uniconnect....

Over priced even for a pre-paid option

Buying a uniconnect sim card is cheap, but not using their services. Their call charges to India from England are really expensive around 100 a minute and before you know it, all the recharge money is debited with no proper accounting from their end. It will be a wiser option to avoid using Uniconnect Sim Cards in all cases...

Bad connectivity

Instead of staying connected, with Uniconnect sim card’s poor network coverage one will definitely not be connected for sure. I had a terrible time using their services for Malaysia. No connectivity most of the times and the data was also not working....

Uniconnect is a bad choice

While my idea of a vacation was to be least on the phone, but since I was using a uniconnect sim card there was nothing else that I did than be on the phone with the customer care to get my data activated. Despite recharging the number before flying out, they didn’t do it and throughout my trip in HongKong they kept on saying they will activate it but didn’t. Uniconnect is a bad choice for sure....

Never use uniconnect

I thought with the prepaid Uniconnectsim card for Australia I would stay connected with my parents during my 10 days there. Plus being a prepaid option I wasn’t worried about hefty phone bills. The sim stopped working after 3 days and after that it didn’t work at all. Even the customer care staff wasn’t helpful with reinstating services. Ideally I would never use uniconnect for any travels again....

Very bad choice

Bad customer support

Never trust what Uniconnect’s customer support or their sales staff tell you cos what they say never is true. While I was in England the uniconnect sim that I was using stopped working all of a sudden and when I contacted their customer centre, they said if I recharge my sim it will work. While I tried that and spent another 50 pounds on the same, the sim still didn’t work and when I called the support again, they said they cant help...

Worst customer experience of my life !!

I took a prepaid sim card from Uniconnect for Thailand so that i had the option of not recharging when i wanted. Well what would have i recharged when the sim didnt even work once. And the excellent customer support hung the phone on me after saying that i wouldn’t have enough credit. The first and last experience o[censored]sing Uniconnect sim cards....

Uniconnect is disappointing

I was travelling to UK for an exchange program for 6 months and the idea of carrying a UK number before hand was quite a relief. So i bought Uniconnect’s pre paid sim card. Never share your credit card detail with Uniconnect Sim Cards

I bought a sim card from Uniconnect before i was travelling to Dubai and therefore paid thru my credit card since it was a prepaid card. Well turned out, that these guys save your details and charge the card as and when they wish to. Its taken me amost 25 days to get this fixed and am still doubtful if they have done that or not.. Avoid Uniconnect !!...

Pathetic service by Uniconnect

I bought a sim card from uniconnect for Europe and paid 1400rs and the guy said in return the number will be credited with 1000rs as initial airtime. Nothing was credited, infact the money that i got as recharge was also debited on account of random service charges. I had a perpetual message of recharging the number for further convenience. Never used such pathetic services in my life....

Uniconnect has the most disappointing services! Used it for my recent travels to Dubai and really really disappointed!! Recharging the damn number is painfully difficult and their customer support team doesn’t have answers for anything! Really bad choice of a service while travelling abroad....

Don't fall in the trap

Do not fall in the trap of helping you stay connected with Uniconnected while you traveling abroad, as this is one thing that they are worst at. Poor connectivity is their area of expertise and charging a bomb for the same is their way of making money. Use Uniconnect after much thought and research....

Never use Uniconnect Sim Cards for China.

They have the most slow data services plus their charges are really high, unlike what Uniconnect always claims. Also half of the time when their networks don’t work, getting through the customer call centre is really difficult. No matter how much you try, you just can’t get through; when you need it the most and they charge you for that call. Sick !!...

I was traveling to Spain and bought a sim card from Uniconnect. While I was assured that their customer centre works 24x7, I found quite the opposite. My sim wasn’t working properly in Spain so with whatever network I had, I tried calling their support centre, and they responded not even once. That’s their excellent sense of 24x7 hrs of customer service. Totally disappointed and now using a local number bought from Spain itself....

They are the most fake services providers available in the market. I bought their sim card which was valid for about 120 days for UK and when my wife I was traveling after a month of my travel, she couldn’t use that sim as it said its invalid with services terminated. After several calls to their customer care, they said they can’t help us with it and will have to buy a new sim if we want to be connected. Well we learnt our lesson and...

Too Bad!

Uniconnect sim cards have a really bad product. I bought their UK sim card and was a bad experience. The delivered was broken sim, while informing the sales guy about that state of the sim card, i was told that the sim works fine as he had checked it and all. Well i could not make any calls from that broken sim card and on calling the customer care for help they blamed me instead for that state of the sim. I am never recommending or using...

Very very bad!

I got this plan Uni 52 for an Australian sim card from Uniconnect, and trust me Uniconnect’s deliverance was really poor in terms of overall customer experience. First nobody informed me that there wud be a flagfall cost for every call which i figured out later!! Moreover, their data pack got activated after almost 4 days after i reached and was really slow. Even google took forever to load. Its definitely a bad idea to use Uniconnect Sim...

Disappointed!

IF you ever happen to come across Uniconnect sim cards, just ignore... My experience o[censored]sing their sim cards has been bad, where i was in a situation where i had to borrow someone’s phone in UK to connect to my chauffer for a pick up.. Really embarrassing plus poor services with horrible network...
