Dear Sir,
Its more than 4 years, Noida authority is refusing to register the flat, and the reason given is non payment of dues to authorities by Unitech Heights.
As a result, neither we can sell, or take loan against the flat.
Please help.

I purchased a 2bhk plus study 1730 square feet in Unitech Habitat, Greater Noida in Tower 2, Flat no. 703 in 2006 by taking a loan from HDFC.

Unitech was supposed to give the possession of the flat in 2009. It is 2014 April and there is no clue when the possession of the flat will be given.

I recently visited the complex and there is not a single worker working on completion of the flat and Unitech office there...

We had submitted the FDR’s to the company for the repayment in DEC 2013. Since then company has been asking us to wait till end of Jan’14, then end of Feb’14, then end of March’14 and now again asking us to wait till end of April’14.
