This company books holiday packages i have book a holiday package through online booking from them on 6th march . i have given them a amount of 5949 rs through my credit card they said that you will get your package papers with in 2 days along with a confirm gift blackberry 9380 mobile handset but it almost 15 days i did not received any package and nor the mobile and when i try to call them they never responded and they always switched off...

False Commitment was given by the executive regarding winning a contest and the prizes are Dell Laptop and a Blackberry mobile.
And the dispatched will be done on the purchase of 2 holiday packages of Rs. 5949 each.
After making the payment on 30/03/2013.
They were not giving any proper response even they do not pick up the call and the executive still makes the false commitment that you will be receiving the prizes soon.br...

Vacations gateway has been offering packages at discount and is said to provide referral gifts. I was said that i would be provided with a blackberry phone on just providing with referral contacts. When i asked about the referral gifts reason they said that it was an offer during the happy hours and only valid for that time. But later they changed the terms and said that gift would be provided only when the reference contacts are converted....
