[Resolved] Videocon D2H — VERY VERY VERY POOR POOR SERVICE. | |||
I am the unfortunate customer of D2H for last 5 years. My service has not been restored since 12 Oct 14 despite repeated complaints/requests and begging. Other service providers like TATA SKY, AIRTEL, DISH TV AND SUN DIRECT etc have not only repaired their dishes but also have been in touch with their customers for all the support. Unlike your office, wherein customer has to waste, his mob talktime for incompetence of your management, TATA SKY has given compensation . I have experienced totally insensitive, unprofessional and incompetent team. VERY VERY VERY POOR POOR SERVICE. VERY VERY VERY POOR POOR SERVICE. VERY VERY VERY POOR POOR SERVICE.
