Videocon India — Advance taken for a spare for the washing machine and not returned after confirming the spare is not available | |||
An engineer attended a service call to check the faulty washing machine of Videocon, fully automated, purchased 4 years back. The engineer informed that we need to buy a spare that may cost about Rs.6, 500! and we paid him Rs.1, 000 as advance to get the spare and received a receipt no. HYD 14 028918 dated 14.10.2014. Later he informed that spare is not available with Videocon!! We bought LG washing machine looking at the poor service backup and requested Tek Care to return the advance and still waiting to get back the advance!
