I have registered a complain to Viewsonic, my compalint No. is INAFS[protected].
The engineer visited my place on the 21/09/09 said that the Power Supply Unit needs to be replaced said that he will get it done in 2 days time. lcd damaged and no response from customer care since 45 days

have given a complaint about my lcd panel since 14th july and the person comes to have a look at it on the 20th of july. He damages the panel board by short circuiting it. After that i've been calling the help line number repeatedly and there is been no response from it. Worst Customer Service

Viewsonic has the worst customer service in my experience. At this very moment, as i write this complaint, i am looking into my monitor's display which has a terrible red hue. The problem started about three months ago and i had immediately contacted customer care and i was told that the problem would be recitified as soon as possible. Viewsonic TFT issue

Complain no : IDRM[protected]
Poor response from VIEWSONIC side. Also wrote the below attached mail to the mention company. Received no response. Required your help in getting my issue of TFT resolved ASAP.

monitor not working properly

screen of my LCD monitor flickers again n again as i can't do my practice of animation, as flickering of screen hurts the eye sight a lot, call viewsonic for their faulty product but no response to change my monitor. LCD monitor problem

I purchased 19" Viewsonic monitor model VA903B-2 (VS11305) in June 2007. But after 1 year and 5 months o[censored]se, many of the pixels became dead. I handed it over to Viewsonic authorized service centre at Manish Plaza, NIBM Road, Kondhawa, Pune. Viewsonic admitted that this issue is not covered in warranty even though the monitor is in warranty for another 1 year and 7 months.

Absolutely useless products and customer care....

delay in service.

i have given a monitor to repair to viewsonic under warranty period they told that you will get back in 3 days but now 3 months have crossed what can i do .such a poor service ....

Pathetic service

I m a harassed viewsonic customer. I purchased my viewsonic monitor on 25th may 2007 with guarantee of around 1 or 2 years but in 5months the screen is having problem I have complained to viewsonic my complaint no idrm[protected] this was not actioned by the engineer sent by you as he told that the part is not available it will take 2 or 3 days .
