I purchased a Voltas 1 ton window AC serial no 4011236A19DC05507 from Vijay Sales on 18 Mar 2021 . This has been registered in your system vide ref no [protected]
VIJAY sales sent a carpenter to fix the AC on 20 mar who obviously had no knowledge of the tech functionality of the AC
On fixing I pointed out to this carpenter that the Air swing function was not working to which he said the air swing is to be done manually and...

No refund was given on product return which was done on 22nd Feb. Customer service team only promises a call back but no update from 20+ days....

I bought three air conditioners from Vijay Sales - One of them had a crack, and two of them gas leakages. Did not operate even once.

No service was provided for 2 MONTHS for Aquaguard, yet waiting for someone to come and install.

The cooktop was installed with a shorter pipe and different people were sent for service.

AWEFUL EXPERIENCE, SUGGEST NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM VIJAY SALES. SERVICING...

Please provide vise TV remote...

I have purchased the water purifier from Vijay Sales Satara Road, Pune.. The installation is not completed and after the discussion with the Vijay Sales they are saying customer has to do the installation because there was issue with the installation....

As per Diwali offer I was supposed to get a Cashback after 3 months, as explained by Vijay Sales & HDFC personals But it's already been 3 months but still I didn't receive the Cashback. We purchased a Daikin AC from Vijay Sales on 23.01.21. The AC was received and after few days Daikin people came and installed it. Immediately after installation, on checking, Daikin people noticed problems in the compressor. So they called their engineers and they also noticed the same problems which they mentioned in the installation report. Now Vijay Sales is not arranging replacement, instead they are forcing us to allow Daikin engines...

The billing time is just way way too much
I waited in line for almost more than 1 and half hour when only 5 customer were ahead in line .
Despite having 3 people working on billing at a time, the time taken to bill one customer is just too much.
Either Employes at billing counter are just tooo slow or the billing system is slow.

Very exhausting and irritating experience....

Tv not working...on screen shows only
Vise in big size...not any remote switch changes by channel...

I have vise led it's not working ..and getting automatically off...

I bought a washing machine from noida store and all the people lied about date of installation .. from installation engineer telephone +[protected]by to sales staff Aditya tel [protected] to Aradhya tel [protected]
They sell the product very fast with lots of promises and then the customer has to struggle with installation. Then no one answers the phone .
I will give noida zero stars as their service sucks ....

I recently booked(on 2nd Jan 2021) a new single door refrigerator from vijay sales and this has been my worst experience so far.

First Time - I got a defective refrigerator on 3rd Jan 2021 and I returned it at the same time.

Second Time - Then I got another defective/broken refrigerator on 4th Jan 2021 and I returned it too at the same time.

Third Time - Then I got another defective refrigerator...

Worst experience with Vijay Sales, as long as the item is not faulty things go smooth but a hell will break on this company to resolve this issue.

Delivered a damaged washing machine and also there is a delay in delivery. When asked for replacement of the damaged washing machine, shop Person (Vijay sales, Tirupati, TMC Branch) is saying that there is auditing going on and there will be delay in replacement of machine. Pathetic customer service and now I'am left with NO machine to wash the clothes and my money is also not repaid...

It has been a year using this and recently it started to show white screen, and it's battery drowns really fast like within 15 minutes after full charge. Now it has started to get switched off when unplugged and I can use it only if I plug it. It has battery issues. I have a warranty of 2 years so please respond to this ASAP....
