network issues

We at manyata tech park are facing pathetic network from almost 6 months now. Constantly we have been complaining and the customer care executive says that the network team will either call or visit to check on the issue and that has not happened till date. Off late we are getting edge network in our facility, in the generation where everyone is talking about 5g, vodafone is providing 2g to their customers. Shame on them that they are unable...

The most pathetic company ive come across.

Vodafone was a good company once and now after the merger they have resolved nothing.

They dont want to help whatsoever.

My phone was lost/ someone changed my plan and used so much data.

change in rental without intimation to customers

My vodafone no [protected] rental changed from 99 to 299 without giving intimation in advance. Whether trai has given you right to change plan without intimating customer well in advance atleast 60 days so that customer can opt out plan or change from postpaid to prepaid.

If not possible for reverting my rental to 99 then change from postpaid to prepaid...

Dear sir,
Sir my problem is insurence company not gives the money and i have send the all documents to the insurance company and gives the one copy to vodafone store in karnataka. But both company and vodafone people can't be resolve my problem.

I'm facing my problem till 45 day's. I have called so many times to vodafone store, vodafone service centre and insurance company also but don't responding correctly.

They changed my postpaid plan from rs 99 to 249.

When i try to launch a complaint, they denied stating they have recently changed basic plan and they will change it for everyone.

sim activation not done even after one month

Charged double amount for a new sim connection but still sim is not activated. Called thousand times to the agent who sold but no response.. All the legal and necessary information was provided by me. Agent was from vodafone named akshey from channi jammu..
Called customer care of vodafone but they too didnt resolved my problem.. The actual cost of new connection was 250 but they charged 500 but still i m suffering..

deductions

In the past, vodafone team used to keep on automatically activating vas services on my number & deducting charges for the same for which i raised a complaint to them. Post the complaint they reversed the amount to my mobile balance & activated vas blacklisting service on my number to ensure no vas service is activated on my number in future. But again on 12th feb, despite of my complaints in the past & activation of vas blacklisting service...

I'm complaining about balance deduction

Sir, my 24 rupees balance deducted by vodafone network. Which is not proper response. My validity was expired to 3 march 2019 my balance deducted in 4 mach in morning time 2:21am.
This is unauthorized way of balance deduction.

incoming and outgoing sms blocked for more than 15 days

I changed to a new 4g sim on my existing vodafone connection around 7th of feb. Since then outgoing and incoming sms have been blocked on my sim. I have raised four complaints to vodafone, whose tele agents give a standard answer of we will resolve within 24 - 48 hours. I am now tired of this drastically poor customer service from vodafone. Without sms i cant even port.

They took deposit from me and told that when you convert your connection from postpaid to prepaid it deposit amount will subtract from your bill. That's how you will get back your deposit.
