The mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] were recently shifted to Post paid plan from Pre paid. The pre paid sims were replaced with post paid sims on[protected]. and it was working for two days.Then the service to these numbers were suspended. The customer care officer said the proof of address was verified and found negative hence the connection to this numbers cannot be given.As I raised various complaints at the vodafone web site...

Before completion of billing cycle in Sept. month, I confirmed from vodafone representative that I will not get any bill next month if I do not use their services. In spite of this, I was forced to make the payment of Rs. 656.32 as my sim card was deactivated by the firm's representatives.

This is regarding my network complaint from mobile no. I sent an SMS to Vodafone on 1925 with the request to stop data on my main balance in case my data pack is exhausted but to my very much disappointment deducted the whole data balance of 5.5 GB saying that your Internet service has been deactivated it is completely against the norms that that try has set as this service is used to stop data consumption on main account balance.

Please discontinue the service of [protected] due to lost of sim card in may 2016. i have given complaint in customer care orally in may 2016 and they disconnected for 7 days only, which resulted they generated bill which i have not used. Though i have paid all the outstanding amount for the said number and i don't wish to use in future. Please disconnect permanently.

First a vodafone employee called pooja from connection sales i think, called up and misbehaved. Then others started calling up.in less than 10 minutes i have received 4 -5 calls from 3 different numbers. And all this because i told her not to call me up, but talk to the admin of the company for selling fresh connections, if i receive more harassment, i will have to make a police complaint....
