I had vodafone post paid connection for the last 2 years. Due to some personal reasons, i have disconnected the service on nov 2, 2016.

I have cancelled my vodafone postpaid number. Now i got the bill for the last month. I am not able to pay the last month bill through online.
How to do that? I want the procedure regarding the post paid bill payment....

I pursuing from churu rajasthan and i submitted my porting request on 17 november 2016 but here your tm had a mistake in my form so he again submitted my form about 22 november but till my sim is not ported and today i contact with your tm. He saying that i forget to submit your form and now not possible till 15 day from tomorrow.
If you have any solution than do it plz

Took money from my m-pesa wallet - scam, fraud,

On 4th December received calls from [protected] (claimed to be Rahul from Vodafone m-pesa) and [protected], offering free iPhone 6S when 5000 is deposited into m-pesa wallet.

He was sending some OTPs which he asked for "registration" purposes". It looks like he had tricked me into giving him access (via OTP) to my MyVodafone app, from which he knew some of my details like balance, name, etc., which was enough to make me confide...

I have been charged money without any subscription

Not receiving incoming calls /sms

They have added details on my bill which i have not even called.
And the funny thing is that they have added my own prepaid number on the list showin that i have been calling myself for the past two days. Is this a joke vodafone? Are you tryin to corrupt your customers money?
You should be sue for this action. And i am thinkin may be you are doin this to most of your customers...
