The meter against Consumer ID: 152146849, according to your bill delivery man, is defective but a quarterly bill amount of Rs11143 has been sent to my registered Mobile No. As my maternal brother met with a severe head injury and breathed his last on the operation table, I was mostly away from house and for more than two months my house was under lock & key. My email id is indrajitmldt@gmail.com.We are facing a lot of problem due to low voltage.Low voltage has been a mater of inconvinience since last year 2013.No step has been taken to solve this particular issue.In this extreme heat there is low voltage all day long it is really pathetic.I hope there will be some action taken regarding this.The voltage fluctuation (usually between 70-80)is also causing damage to electrical appliences.It is desired that immideiate action is taken to solve this issue......

I have received your quarterly electricity bill for the period(March-May 2015)amounting Rs-12588/- for my domestic consumption.It is very much absurd to me.I do not use any AC, Microwave woven or any other high wattage utensils only fan light TV set and only 165 lit. refrigerator.How can the bill amount jumps from its normal limit ?We, the general consumer are suffering and paying your unjustified unethical heavy bill every month.I am protesting against this inhuman system. since 09/06/2015 my residential building at 614, K.N.C Lane, Munsifdanga, P.O+Dist. Purulia W.B 723101 bearing customer ID NO.242111074 is without electricity. the supplier M/S WBSEDCL local call center is not paying any attention to make normal my service connection which may have been disconnected from nearest pole(within 10'). No fan/no light/no pump to lift water from last 54 hrs....

My self Bibek Tarafder, lived in sadar block Jalpaiguri. Now a days we are observing the poor service of WBSEDCL. Though we are paying a huge amount of bill but we are not getting proper service. Every day we are suffering by the frequent power cuts. There is no enough workers. The workers are confessing that they have no enough tools to repair the line. We could not call the call centre as their phones are always busy as they are more interested to talk with their family than the customers. Being compelled I am here to write the complaint. I think WBSEDCL is a department which has died....

In the Year of 2013, we are given a application to Sodepur, power supply regarding this voltage fluctuation due to single phase line in our area. After one and half year, new manager told us to, they have to set up a new pole instead of a wooden pole. Now they already set up a new pole min 20 days before, but still they are not started their work of three phase line . Dear Sir, I stay in Narayantola(W), Baguiati, Kolkata 700059 since 4 years. We are facing a very serious problem regarding Low voltage and Power cuts everyday at night. Every night at near about 11-12 pm one of the phases face this issue. This week this type of issue occured 4 times and everyday I raise a complaint regarding this. What I feel that there may be houses in the locality who do not have legal permission for AC nor have the required load in the sub station as a result of which at night when everyone switches on their AC either low voltage happens or power cuts. Kindly look into the issue...
