Application for new service connection

I had applied for a new domestic service connection on 28.04.2014. But after repeated enquary the station manager did not given any new connection on my home.

Poor quality ink for bill printing.

It is really a matter of surprise that WBSEDCL (Rishra) is using poor quality ink in customer bill printing. I don't know whether it is a problem of ink or the paper which is being using for preparing the customer bill which is supposed to be kept for three months for payment.
