I am unhappy with the product which i have received from crafts villa and as per their policy one can returned within 7 days but it seems they are delaying in pick up of return products so that they can directly denied by saying "we cannot accept the return request as it is more than 7 days"

I am just pasting the mails which i have already written to them for refund request and return pick up of their 3 products (Details mentioned in trail conversation) but it seems they are either so busy or may be every staff is on a holiday that nobody till date has reverted on my mail to contact me for the issue. I have personally called them but the officer disconnected my call and my money wasted...

I want my money to be refunded on immediate basis and they (Craftsvilla team members) can pick up their products back from my addressssss...

Hope i will not be disappointed this time after writting it on this portal

till date only one call i have received...

Order ID :[protected] stats shows as refunded but it has not been refunded yet to my Credit Card so where is the money gone then ????

Out of above three it is showing 354772523-Shree collection is refunded and rest two are still under but why it is taking so long??? and also i have not received my money for AWB 354772523 only in ur system it is updated as refunded...

so where the money has been refunded and my Credit Card Statement has been generated which i have to clear before 29-08-2016 how can i pay these..??????

You guys have called only once and there after if cm is nt able to attend the call so are not going to turned back again...

However i dnt want any call but my Money...

Nobody till date responded over the same...

How many times one should remind you all that the money is mine and you have to refund it ...??

So poor service you guys are giving even to an irate Customer...
