Hi Sir,

I'm totally frustrated with the issue which has happened to me and writing this mail to you. I expect at least you to help me in this matter as I couldn't get proper response from anyone else.

I bought my MI SmartBand 5 on November 14th and I'm not able to use in till now. I have went to service center 4 times and now they are not giving my product back.

My MI band had battery draining...

My mobile redmi note 10 pro front camera is not working after doing the latest updates and i have given the mobile to the service centre on November 23, 2022 and they said that warranty is applicable for my mobile and they gave invoice of service order stating mobile is good with apperance and warranty is applicable for the same.

Now its been a month and they call and inform that phone's warranty is completed and phone has...

I have submitted my mobile for front camera issue on November 23rd, 2022 before my warranty got completed.

Now its been almost a month and now they call and inform that there is physical damage and warranty is not applicable.

How could it be a reason when the service centre dealer checked and verified that phone has no physical damage and warranty is eligible and now they blame it as issue ?

Xiaomi India — Motherboard issue for mi 10T

Recently I got update from Xiaomi. miui13 update. After updated My phone restart for several times and it became switch off because of software update I giving to service centre they told me my phone motherboard is dead. the brand xiaomi giving a software update for killing phone.
