Xiaomi India — Incompetent service representative | |||||
Dear Xiaomi, I am based at Parel, Mumbai and have bought a Redmi Note 3 in August. We are planning to buy the MiMax for our home use. Since I am having some technical issues with my Redmi phone, I visited your Customer Service Centre at TVS Electronics Ltd, Lalbaug. • For almost all my service queries, your Service Representative had a standard, “I don’t know.” • For one answer he mentioned, “This is a Software problem. Nothing can be done about this.” • For one last query he replied, “The full Software will have to be reinstalled. You take back-up and give the phone here.” When I asked him how do I take a back-up he could not explain anything. Repeat “he could not explain anything.” Instead he gave a rude reply, “Aap ke ghar me koi chotaa bacha hai? Usko bolo.” This is completely unacceptable. If your representative cannot resolve any technical queries, why do you hire such useless persons? Your Company’s other staff members saw and heard me shouting, but none came forward to assist or resolve my technical problems. My family has recommended that we shift from Xiaomi and shift to Samsung, Lenovo or One Plus 3. But we must not think of the MiMax Was this information helpful? | |||||
