I bought XOLO Q 600 No [protected] ffrom your authorised dealer Anmol Watches Chandigarh vide retail invoice no AW 12708. From the very beginning this set is giving me trouble. The set has been sent to your service centre twice but still it is out of order. I request you to either refund my money or replace the set within 10 days of this complaint failing which I will be constrained to move the consumer forum Chandigarh without any further notice to you.
