[Resolved]  Xolo — Dust in display & Camera, Heating and low battery backup issue in Xolo Q900

Dear Sir/Madam, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> As per trailing mail I have sent my Xolo Q900 smartphone for the rectification of my said problems on request of your companyexecutive (Mr Sanjay Joshi) but 10 days has been gone and I have not got anymobile handset till now. As per Mr Sanjay currently they haven’t same model intheir stock and they have offered me another model (Q1010i) I have acceptedtheir proposal because I am facing more problems without my smart phone; as myofficial work also associated with the phone like – my attendance, mails, whatsaap etc. Now I am not in condition tobear more days and this is my last reminder to you if you will not take anynecessary action; then I will go to the consumer forum with all full writtencommunication proof to log complaint against your company as well as I willalso share very-very poor feedback to all the social media where ever possibleagainst Xolo Brand.
