[Resolved] Xolo — Fake address and fake commitment | |||
I have submitted my Q800 Mobile phone for repairing on 18th June 2015. I also have Service center person no. [protected]/[protected] his name Pawan but now both no. switched off and even they r not ready to return my phone. I called so many times but whenever i called they always told me till will take time and all. 15 days before that person told me i ll give you your phone this month but now no. switched off, its already 6 months completed and Customer Service center shop closed. Could u pls help me As soon as Possible. if you need any Query pls call me and pls do need full. I just want to tell you one thing Sandeep Dey( Xolo Executive) called me and he told me sir your mobiles is ready, go to Samsung Showroom and collect it, even i went to Samsung shop they told me they dont have my phone, i tried to reach Sandeep Day but he cant lift my calls. I will Provide you Sandeep Day no. [protected] and Prashant (Custome service incharge ) no. [protected] both not lifted my calls. Please solve my problem . Waiting for Positive response.
