[Resolved] Xolo — Fake address and fake commitment

I have submitted my Q800 Mobile phone for repairing on 18th June 2015. I also have Service center person no. [protected]/[protected] his name Pawan but now both no. switched off and even they r not ready to return my phone. I called so many times but whenever i called they always told me till will take time and all. 15 days before that person told me i ll give you your phone this month but now no. switched off, its already 6 months completed and Customer Service center shop closed. Service Center Address: SIRI COMMUNICATIONS Address: 6-2-941, Shop No. 21, Lower Ground Floor, Moghuls Emami Mansion, Opp. Sadan College Road, Khairathabad, Hyderabad-500004 City: Hyderabad Phone Number:[protected] I want my phone back . Could u pls help me As soon as Possible. if you need any Query pls call me and pls do need full. I just want to tell you one thing Sandeep Dey( Xolo Executive) called me and he told me sir your mobiles is ready, go to Samsung Showroom and collect it, even i went to Samsung shop they told me they dont have my phone, i tried to reach Sandeep Day but he cant lift my calls. I will Provide you Sandeep Day no. [protected] and Prashant (Custome service incharge ) no. [protected] both not lifted my calls. Please solve my problem . Waiting for Positive response. Updated by Mukmani I have submitted my Q800 Mobile phone for repairing on 18th June 2015.I took it to the local Xolo servicing centre SIRI COMMUNICATIONS Address: 6-2-941, Shop No. 21, Lower Ground Floor, Moghuls Emami Mansion, Opp. Sadan College Road, Khairathabad, Hyderabad-500004 City: Hyderabad Phone Number:[protected].Since then they have been bouncing me around asking me to wait. I visited them almost every week then I waited 6 months!! One i went to Service centre then i saw shop i closed till now not opened.Mr. Sandeep Dey. My simple request is that you give me a my phone Q800 or refund my money ie Rs. 10, 000 which is the amount i paid when I bought the handset, or any handset equivalent to that amount (at present). I need a reply within 2 days or I am taking you guys to court. Mark my words. It may seem harsh but you leave me no choice .
