I had placed order to snapdeal vide Order ID: [protected] Placed on 27 Dec, 2015. for XOLO Black 1X 32GB with Best deals on Mobile Covers, Upto 80% off & Airtel sim card . But sorry to say that I have not received any Mobile Covers, Upto 80% off as well as any assistance for airtel sim card ?I trust that the solution is solved very soon.

XOLO mobile wrote me "Dear Customer, Greetings of the Day! Thank you for writing to XOLO. This is in reference to your post dated 01.01.2016 regarding query of XOLO Smartphone Black 1X; we request you to kindly get in touch with the respective merchant from where you have purchased the handset for further assistance" I have purchase phone from Snapdeal.com
