Xolo Mobile — Regarding replacement of battery of mobile handset model -xolo q1200 | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased the Xolo q1200 Mobile Handset from Homeshop 18 on 01 August 2015 and its nice. But within three months of its operation, it started no battery backup. I took the handset to service centre on 02.12.2015 at Vindhyavasini Communication, Ranj Chandra Plaza, Shop No.2 Colony More (Near Bombay Dyeing) Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar, Pin Code -800020 and after one days, got the information that they saying that it is battery issue(swelling) and hence, they refused to replacement of Battery. Guarantee period has not been expired of Battery. Please you will be sent mail to me and authorized aforesaid service centra immediately for replacement of Batter otherwise I will be taken legal action against you for which you will be fully responsible.
