Xolo Mobile — Worst Customer Service and Mobile Company | |||
I bought a new xolo mobile (model Q1200). After using it for 7 months, battery started draining fast...It was not even lasting 1 minute even after charging it to its full. So, I gave it to a customer care centre at Khairathabad, Hyderabad. They charged 850/- saying that the phone has 1 year warranty but not the battery so we paid him that and they said it will be done in 20 days but they took 3 months wasting a lot of my brothers time who kept visiting them to collect the phone. Everyday their only answer was "come tomorrow, its not done yet" .. So, finally they gave him the phone after 3 months but the phone was not turning on...When we asked him they said. It's out of charge put on the charger and they refused to do that at their centre and said they were busy..So we charged it at home But nothing's happening.. At the beginning I used to promote this brand a lot. I insisted all my friends to buy this phone when they were going for samsung and other brands. And I also succeeded in making them buy xolo phones...But now I am really regretting very badly for suggesting them xolo...I thought it would be good for Indian economy if we buy xolo phones but . Who would want to buy just for the sake of country's economy.. And the most important thing...Customer care guys don't even wear shirts here..They were showing their bare bodies to scare the hell out of female customers...So, finally xolo proved what an Indian customer care would be like.. Please change things...Manufacturing products is not enough, you have to be good at everything to get more customers... You will get more sales only when someone refers you, not when someone complaints. And Please address my complaint soon. Or I will have to Proceed further. Was this information helpful? | |||
