Xolo — not providing service for online purchased product | |||
Repected Sir/Mam I am Anup.G.Kawale from Belgaum, Karnataka. I was a great xolo enthusiast but it turn to an nightmare. I had purchased xolo q700s plus online on 18-october-2014 from ebay and i got it delivered on 27/oct/2014 from bluedart courier. its imei no [protected] is mobile is working fine but its mic is not working. i rushed to the nearer xolo care i.e atul communication belgaum, karnataka. but the care person refused to service the mobile saying we cannot service the mobile as it has purchased online. any product brought online has no warranty. i want to know following things.1.) Is it true that xolo does provide any service for online purchased product.if yes then can your xolo authorised person give me in writing saying it cannot give service for online productsand if no then can you please provide solution for my problem.2.) I had called your xolo customer care[protected] but they say a another thing saying you can get service for online products.3.)i told this to belgaum service center they say they read the script from computer which is 3-4 months old.4.) can i get the contact no or email address of service head.your customer services is pathetic. needs to have co ordination which is missing.can you please provide me answer to the above question. and do i get service for my mobile in my home town. if yes please tell me the procedure.other wise i am following my complaints to cosumer forums now and will further look to go in consumer court.my contact number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
