[Resolved]  Xolo — poor service

i bought my xolo q200 three months before and within 7 days touch was not working i went to service center they told it will take 25 days after that battery problem is there plz i request to give good servive atleast and the seller of this mobile has cheated us

I submitted my mobile for service regarding auto exit problem at time of working and unable to make conference call on 29.09.2014 but still its simply lying at Noida without any process. Whats is the hell is this!
Dear Mr. Sandeep Dey, as discussed we would like to inform you that we have dispatched the handset and same will be received by the service centre at the earliest. For your further assistance please note down the DTDC Track Order number: V20259535.
This is your last comment on dated 29.11.14. but today 04.12.14 not received my phone. I call the customer care staff, but result the same as the phone is in courier company dispatched. But result is Zero. Why you send any item in DTDC courier. the company is very poor service.
Please call the DTDC courier and request the mobile handset immediate send the Patna Service Center Shop.
