[Resolved] Xolo — Poor service.repair issue | |||
Due to some issues i have submitted my xolo 8x 1000 to shakarpur xolo service center. They took 1 and a half month to repair my device. Which is against there policy.they have to provide my handset back in 15 days max. After that they didnt repaired my handset i am facing same problems again even they have made more worst. All parts are not properply closed some parts are missing. They have changed the original parts with the local ones. And now my phone is not working. Only cuz of there service.and i asked for extra warranty. They are not providing it. Poor service. Worst handset they provide. Dont buy xolo. Go for samsung.
