[Resolved] Xolo — Poorly equipped service centers. | |||
I had purchase a Xolo Q1000 Opus on 22-Feb-2014 from Snapdeal online seller. After using it for a couple of months the handset started giving problems. The 1st problem that I faced with the handset was with the 3.5mm Jack (either no sound or sound on either side only). 2nd issue that I faced was that on either incoming or outgoing calls I could not hear the person on the other side. I could only talk to the person on the speaker phone. I took my cell phone to Xolo service Center Gurgaon (F1 Info Solution & Services) Xolo service collection point on 25-July-2014. The handset returned to the service center on (13-Aug-2014) with no resolution the issue. After having a word with the center manager Mr. Girraj Singh ([protected]), he sent it back for repairs on 13-Aug-2014 to Service center at Noida. To my surprise the handset was returned again on (2-Sep-2014) with no resolution & moreover physically damaged. I again had a discussion with Mr. Girraj Singh ([protected], Girraj.[protected]@F1services.asia), after which he made a call to RM Mr. Amit Wasan ([protected], Email: amit.[protected]@xolo.in) and again the handset was sent to Xolo service Center Noida with a commitment of getting a solution in within a week’s time. During this period (25-Jul-14 to 2-Sep-14) I am also into a private service and had been suffering because of this piece of crap and your ill skilled service staff. I had to run around from my place to the service center and back home then to office which has been very hectic for me. I now think I should not have taken this decision of going for a Xolo phone. The service has been so poor that I would not be recommending this to any of my friends. I have been using this small Samsung phone which has never given me any issues neither with product quality nor with service. I you really wish to sustain in the Indian market you have to relook into the after sales service. My only request to you is to please keep your phone and refund the amount hack to me as I cannot be running behind the service center people anymore and get run around. I have all the details collected from the service center and adding on to my frustration the issue documented by your so called skilled staff is “Charging and On/Off switch issue” which was never an issue with the cell phone.
