[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo Q1100 display | |
I Mr. Jayant attarde had purchase XOLO Q1100 ( IMEI : [protected] ) in May 2014.
On 10 th Oct 2014, I faced screen issue in same phone so I went to Media Enterprises ( Xolo service center)
I surprised that Service center doesn't have parts available to service the phone.
They told me that we need to send phone to Company for screen replacement.
To check the status of Phone I called up service center where nobody picks the phone. ( very shamed )
Some how I got contact no of Mr. Prashant Gurav who is I think area manager but he is also not picking up phone.
I called to toll free no ( Customer care )
First time a guy from customer care said phone is still in Noida factory for Checking and when I asked for ref no of this call he told me that system is down .( which is expected answer)
Then again after some time i called that time I asked Mr .Kartik who was call attender, saying that if phone is still in factory then kindly provide me Phone replacement because 20 days to just screen replacement is bulsheet. He took down feedback and gave me ref no which is ( 960921 dated[protected].
On 1 nov 2014 when I called again I got reply saying still phone is in Noida factory.
I had a discussion with Viswa and Siddharth on last week. Viswa told me that I will receive mobile in 2-3 days.
But it is more than 2-3 days and still status shows packet is in dispatch only and both Viswa and siddharth are taking calls. On 17 th Nov I received email from care as below:

This is to your email dated 17/11/2014, regarding your XOLO Smartphone. We would like to inform you that another handset(Q1010i) has already been for dispatched from our end.
Further, we would like to request you to kindly provide us some time our service centre team contact you shortly.
Also, we would like to inform you that you may track online through DTDC docket number: V19078792
For any further query or feedback, please contact us at [protected]@xolo.in
I told to give me same model which I owned.
Its my humble request to provide me a replacement phone from Dombivli Service Center and you also agreed on that. Was this information helpful? | |
