Yatra.com — Loss of Rs. 1 Lacs and harassment while dealing with yatra for Europe tour | |||
Hi..my name is Varun Verma. I booked tour package of Europe on 21st January 2015 for 3 persons. We deposited Rs. 2, 00, 000/- for 3 persons as deposit. The tour was planned from 14 April to 21 April 2015. Booking ID was S1428885. We submitted all documents within 7 days to Mr. Brahm Dutt, Sr. Executive. After repeated follow-ups with Mr. Brahm Dutt, he finally applied for visa near 25th March. We were denied visa by embassy and news came from him on 01.04.2015. He pressurised us to fill the booking form after visa denial and said Rs. 96, 000/- will be deducted from your deposit. Meanwhile he also changed our booking IDs and fresh ids are S1428398 and S1531395 which is different from original booking ID S1428885. He has not even returned our passports. We have been calling him for last 2 days several times daily. He never picked up phone and submitted fake blue dart tracking number [protected] through sms which is invalid since it must be 11 digits as per blue dart site.In my whole life, I have never faced such a harassment and finacial loss of Rs. 1 Lacs. I URGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO NEVER GO FOR YATRA.COM TOUR PACKAGES AND FALL PREY TO THEM. Was this information helpful? | |||

how could some stupid fella can change booking id and change terms and conditions post facto denial of visa
