Yatra.com — Refund doesnot proceeded | |||
Dear Concern, I have booked a hotel Vibe by Lalit on 10th May. 2 transaction happened during the course, first one was unsuccessful & 2nd was successful for the 1st unsuccessful transaction money of Rs. 2981/-deducted from my credit card but it didnot refunded back to my account. The transaction ID of the Citi bank through which this transaction was done is 74332745131513093452686. Also the e cash of 187 was deducted which also didnot refunded back in my account. Kindly look into the same & please refund my both account & settle this issue I am enclosing my bank statement copy & screenshot of the unsuccessful transaction.
