I had booked a ticket from guntur to hyderbad on 20 Dec 2014|22:50 on yatra.com with the Booking Reference Number[protected] for deepak travels volvo bus and i got a call from deepak travels guntur 7:30pm at that the bus which i have to travel has been cancelled, deepak travels didnt showed me an alternate option for me and said that go and book in another travels and i had went to hyd by apsrtc i didnt get my ticket amount refund so please consider my request and make my amount refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
