Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Not able to book new flight using credit shell balance in Yatra | |||
I have booked a flight from Yatra in the month of June 2020 which was cancelled from the airlines of Spicejet due to Pandemic issues. The credit shell amount I see in regards to my PNR is present from Spicejet. But I am unable to book flight in Yatra using the same credit shell. I tried various means of way to connect with Yatra like mail or call but no response. I even tweeted these guys voicing for help. But it seems you guys are highly unprofessional and not letting customers use their own money. I wat to book a new flight as soon as possible so request you to look into this and help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
