[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refund for my cancelled flight, agreed refund not processed by yatra.com | |||
Yatra.com had promised to provide the refund for my pnr # x5frsb as spicejet already processed it and provided the amount to yatra so that can be refunded back to me... Yatra sent me on record a mail on 21st aug 2020, stating they are processing the refund of inr 25, 135 within next 7-10 working days... It is more than 2 months, me chasing this with [protected]@yatra.com, there are no replies and no money back in my credit card... This is highly unprofessional considering spicejet already provided you the money... This is unexpected behaviour and speaks loudly of yatra's business ethics. Was this information helpful? | |||

I still do not see my refund yet from Yatra ... You said 3-4 working days, this is again beyond the promised days. Please resolve this once and for all...
