Yatra.com — Flight Ticket canceled without informing customer. | |||
Ticket booked on 22nd July Kolkata to Bangkok for 5 passanger. on 30th I asked what is the canceletion charge and procedure. Detail given by yatra and i asked them to proceed with specific passanger name. Next day wneh i didnot get any resopns, i called them to followup and meanwhile i got one email from INDIGO that all 5 ticket got cancled. I called them again and asked what has happened. They informed some one cancle all the tickets from WEB and not from there isde. Also suggested me if i need 4 tickets then i have to pay 4000 INR(rate difference) . So all total 40000+20000(INDIGO canceletion charge)+5000(yatra charge)+1750(Onilie service chage) i have to bear. Surprisingly INDIGO as well as Yatra dont have any information who has cancl;eed the ticket. Finaly INDIGO provided me the IP address from where ticket got cancled and it was clearly mentioned Yatra Online pvt. Below is the detail: IP Address: 203.189.91.2 City: Gurgaon State/Region: Haryana Country Code: IN Postal Code: 122001 ISP: B-21 Infocity Sector Time Zone: +05:30 UTC/GMT Latitude: 28.4667 Longitude: 77.0333 ISP: Yatra Online Pvt I am chesing them for last 20 hours and still no respons.
