Sir,
I cancelled the booking PNR PC436K on 9 April 2015 by contacting spicejet customer care through phone, as the flight was rescheduled 1hr more than the schedule time. But the money wasn't credited to my account till now. On 28 April, I got a reply from spicejet saying that the money has been credited to yatra travel agent account on April 14th and it is told to contact the same travel agent for the refund. The PNR no is PC436K and yatra booking reference no is [protected] dated 10 April 2015 from cochin to chennai. What should i do? Kindly attend the same at the earliest. i request you guys please don't use Yatra for ticket booking. Yatra is cheater they have deducted 12222/- from Credit card and after one
year they have refund me but still they didn't compensate me as they commited.
