[Resolved] Yatra.com — transaction failed but amount not refunded. | |||
Hi, I used citibank debit card to book a ticket on 17 December 2013. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted. I have mailed [protected]@yatra.com repeatedly asking for 23 digit ARN (Acquirer Reference Number). They always provides me the order number[protected]-[protected] Citibank Bank Account Online[protected]:22 17461.00 DECLINED), but citibank cannot process the refund without ARN. At the onset please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. As informed earlier by our customer care team, we have not received the payment against the reference number provided by you. We have also shared the failed transaction details on 14th Jan for the same. There is no ARN number generated for the Debit Card or Net banking transaction. We would request you to cross check with your bank.
