My order No 670444 paid money Rs.999/- through payUmoney on 23.10.2020 but till date not received product . no proper reply on mobile as well as email.

I have ordered two times of oilybrough mh net banking I have recieved thr confirmation and item will delivered within 10 days even aftelapse of 2o days I haventvrecirved the item I have sent the mail there is no response and confirmation name Mohan. Still I have not received the refund. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.
I need the money.

Not receive 10 days hair oil products but payment is already done 25 days before my no [protected] order no 1136147 check the attachment file

I ordered the product of 10days hair oil two bottles (family pack) of order number 678309 on 8th Nov. Where it was mentioned that the delivery will be within 5-7 days which will be maximum of 15th of Nov. But I still not received the products. I can't track my order also. It showing tracking info is not available at the moment.

Please cancel my order 678524

Since it is a prepaid order for 1000 rupees what you people are doing I didn’t recieve my order till now even though I am giving the order to [protected]@rathira herbs they are saying the order number is not available if I didn’t recieve I need to raise the complaint against your company

Ordered 10 days hair oil with order # 658623, money deducted instantly from the account and the status shown as " product is getting packed " but after 24 hours the status changed and since then it is showing as "No information available "! No contact numbers given on the website to contact the customer care, is it a fake company or will you deliver the product?

Rathira ayurveda company... I'm already many complaints my order not deliver issue... Yourside no response and your [protected] admin not hearing my issue... This person is toy maybe... Your company side just satisfy i will clear this issue for answer only no activity still now... Please refund my money 999rs... This is my gpay number [protected]... I'm tell last month august 21st this order in 2bottles... But now 35days not solution got myside... Your company and mainly your admin very frustrating me... Rathira ayurveda company genuine or not... Already many proofs and documents send this order issue... So please again send your mail id or any order id don't ask with me... Hi I'm order by 10 days hair oil on WhatsApp contact admin say 2 bottle pay 999rs...so I'm paid this amount after 23 days but admin reply 5days got your order reply me...Not received my order still now...[protected] this Number call and msg not care for me...so I'm raised consumer complaint by court this 10days oil company and mainly this admin...I'm very frustrating because this admin only for reason... See this oil instruction daily use only benefit for customer...but order not received at the correct time...so how to daily use for oil for me...24days now not used oil this is not my fault your company order issue very very worst...flipkart, Amazon, and other online products atleast maximum 5 to 6days got received correct time...but your order waiting for every month delay by customer...I'm wait this week only but not received my order next consumer complaint raised chennai court...No problem...

Hi last week i received a speed post from 10 days hair oil west bengal
Reg form and scratch card and the prize was maruti swift desire i got a n touch with the person on what’s app he asked me to fill the details in the form and sent the pic on what’s app along with the scratch card picture
Today morning he called and asked sir u have won a maruti swift car would u like to take the car or would u like it in cash of inr 8lakhs for which u have to pay 8000 as processing charges and the cash will be immediately transferred to your account
Since i have read all these kinds of scams on many media platforms
I told him u first transfer the amount then i will put 8000 or deduct it from my prize amount for which he said it’s not possible like that so i told them give me the car he replies you can either come to our office in delhi or we can send but you have to bare the transportation and and other charges so pay 50% amount now and rest after delivery
I suggested him i’ll take the money instead and told you transfer 50% of the prize money then i’ll transfer 8000 and rest u can transfer
So he say it’s not possible you take a call sir
These are big fraudsters eating people hard earned money cheating please take action i’m attaching the form which has their details
