I have ordered this product two times but i didn't received this ever. Delivery msg has came no one contact me to deliver this product.

I ordered for the product on 23 rd of may and paid online rs799. Then when i tried to cancel the product the very next day by writing to their email, there was no response. I was not able to receive the product and it returned. But after two months also they have not refunded the money yet after writing them so many times and each time i get a response to hold on. I also tried to contact the admin of their site but he said he cannot do anything. Id of the order is 589346.

I have ordered 2 bottles (order date Jul 17, 2020, 8:10 PM) from their website using GPAY by paying rs. 1299/- order was successful but after few days order delivered on Jul 25, 2020 by Xpressbees logistics. After collecting the order I kept it aside for 24hrs. To safe guard ourself from covid 19 spreading. The very next day the moment I torn the parcel I realized there is shortage of 1bottle. I ordered 2, paid for 2 whereas received only 1 bottle. They delivered only 1 bottle and 1 bottle short. Quantity on Invoice is printed 2 bottle.

I have informed them and written several follow up emails for re delivery of the remaining 1 bottle or refunding the amount. Irrespective they don't have customer care number,
I have informed to Rathika hair oil team by emailing them. Also by calling on a phone number I got call from them for order confirmation I saved that number, it is #+91 [protected].
I spoke with one of lady employee, she seems foolish still has been informed too about the issue. I have been told I will get response shortly once investigation done. But it's been now more than 2 weeks no one entertaining my calls or emails. I have provided all proofs of order via email. I'm attaching herewith too.

That lady not picking up my call despite calling several times also whatsapp chat she blocked my number. they never reply back to whatsapp messages, no company in the world can use whatsapp as their customer support software. I posted my queries many times on their facebook page but now they blocked me on facebook also.

We can not see any negative comments on their facebook page as they are always removing negative comments.

Not received my ten day hair oil but pay the money

I ordered oil 10 days ago, but have no information yet. No tracking The number found is written as soon as it is put on tracking. Order issue but I have not received any order yet

I was placed an order on starting on the month in july order i'd is 617114, amount has been already paid but i didn't get my order still, i have sent many emails to the company but i didn't get response, and most important thing that is order number and tracking id is invalid because there's no record found and i also called in logistics company they told that there's no information about your product. Fake company and poor service. Please resolve my issue.

I have mailed them a number of times regarding this issue but nobody is replying on mail.

Also, there is no contact number of the company as well.

I want the refund amount as soon as possible.

I had placed an order for 2 bottle of mild shampoo on june 13, 2020 but have not received the same yet as on 11-july-2020. Its almost a month and i am not getting any concrete response from the company on when my order will be delivered. I have put in multiple mails, but everyone saying will check and revert but not getting any satisfactory response. No one replying on their chat box and same is not opertional it seems. No customer care number has been mentioned.

I ordered this product on 6th july with online payment, they promise to dispatch the product in 2 days.
Now his email id also not working.
I think they are fake company.
Advertising of this product should be ban on every social media platform, currently advertise on instagram.
