10 Days Hair Oil — fraudulence | |||||
I had ordered the products from 10 days hair oil thru payumoney (Payment id:[protected] on dates 14/dec/2017 and my order id is # 12315 i had used the discount code credit for 50% discount, but they had deducted full amount of rs 1999/- from my sbi credit card accounts. Now after following up them thru mail id, whats apps and fb they are not responding to any of my conversation. Today i. E 26/12/2017 they had responded via facebook and denying to return the products saying that they do not have that policy, at their website its show that they have 30 days return policy.
