There is one charge on my credit card for merchandise i did not purchase. This charge is posted on my visa.
If someone would check my account with amason you see there is no charge pending...

Please check my account (Christine) and you will find that fire hd tablet 10 was shipped to our address as a replacement'
The unit was under warranty.
Please remove this charge from my visa card as a credit.

Last 5years before I playing games but I won the first level I paid for the game 700rs debited my account thn I don't play second level I complaint the customer care but they told to me your amount should be refunded on your wallet within 7days but it's not credited now I remained that so I want claim my amount

            I saw a camera ad on quikr. After that i had send that person my whatsapp number then we talked and i placed order for that camera but he played a game he told me that by mistake there is 7 units are coming instead of 1 and said that he paid 40000 rs. For the remaining cameras and i have to pay remaining 20000 rs. But i regret it i told i don't have such so i paid 6000 rs. After then he again asked me for insurance fees then custom fees in such way i have paid him 35000 rs. Approx so i don't know what i will do now if any help i can get i will be very thankful for them.

                  The bull # company. Don't even know how to speak with the customers.in short they don't to do business or don't know how to do business. I the owner of sb travels with kcode 35758 located in kuddalwadi pune has been using this portal for last 1 year.in the month of august these people renewed my licence and said you will receive a new dongle. Since then we have not received yet. Tried calling multiple times but we get the same bull # answer that i have forwarded your issue to our concern team and you will receive the dongle in few days. They don't even bother to talk to us and when a customer is angry, they disconnect the call. If ask for any manager or tl, they are always not available. After following up for 3 months, they say that you need to do the video verification and call verification but never send any link to follow the process. Again if we call for the same, will get the same answer, i have forwarded your issue to our concern team, you get receive the link in 15 to 20 minutes. I dont understand what do they mean by 15 to 20 minutes. I would really call this a stupid and a bull # company. I would really expect if there is someone who is responsible to get in touch with me and if not, i would request them to close their business.

                      I had booked 2 tickets for traveling from jaipur to gurgaon on 25th june 2017, through mahalakshmi travels on 11-15pm.

                      But on 24th june 2017, i got confirmation from bus operator, as well as redbus (Verbal), that the bus has been canceled & accordingly i have booked ticket in another bus on the same day.

                      But till date, i have no confirmation of refund or cancellation of the same in redbus app & website.

                      Please note i'm facing lot of difficulties because of this. If this is the first experience in facing whole doing business with redbus, then in future i'll not use redbus for any trip whatsoever.

                      Please help me get the refund as soon as possible.

                              I had a call with one of 100BestBuy executive that my number has been shot listed for Galaxy Grand price and for this I just need to buy one Harry smith watch which would cost around Rs.814 INR for me moreover this amount would add to my 100 best buy account credit which would be available for me to shop something online along with this I would be receiving one coupon which I need to keep with me for winning Galaxy Grand and one original bill or warranty card of that Harry smith Watch which would be having the Worth of Rs.2000 INR. I agreed with this offer and made an order of the watch.
                              I got my watch with highly disappointment because I got only watch without any bill or warranty card and without any coupon for winning Galaxy Grand.

                                    Fooling in the name of cashback plans by false info on the phone i. E 100% cashback credit deposit in account which can be used for checkout during any online purchase on their website, only to find out later at the time of checkout that the balance credit can only be used at very minimal percentage. These policy factors are not informed or described to the individual before placing the order only to find out later that the customer is bonded with heaps of stringent & unwarranted policy terms & conditions on the user agreement page. Pls. Demand/refer to the sales telecon while tempting me to place my online purchase order # 33464363 for product i. D 92364 dtd. 26/12/14 of rs.12999/- deducted from my bank/card & cheating by supplying products not worth half the purchase amount & luring by false promises of an exclusive deal of free iphone 5s 16 gb free deal coupon. I have rs.12999 credit points in my account which cannot be redeemed against online purchase on their website! Pls. Investigate this cheating website by analyzing & probing all their online business conductivity in accordance to the prevailing industry & online trading practices of roi factors for protection & safeguarding of the consumer's rights & interest from violations & misguidance.                                     No response from anybody & consumer complaints forum has taken this issue lightly by inaction on the cheater 100best buy.
                                    I had tremendous hope that iccf wil compel the cheater shopping site for a resolution!!!

                                        This is since 2 yrs back i got a call from 100 best buy.com people that i had won mp3 player worth rs 1000 for that u have to pay 1000 rs against which we will credit the whole amt in your account where u can purchase anything from the site. After i order the same i received the product but as per the information given to me the product was not same. Then when i try to purchase from the side i was not able to purchase for the whole amount whatever i select they cut 50 % amount and say u can buy for the total amount. Still 200 rs is been credited to my account which they are not refunding. Total cheating company staff also pathetic. Total trained staff to duped the customer.

                                        Action should be taken against this people
