Site talks about shipping within days. I have been constantly trying to call and email customer representative, but none of the numbers or emails work. It feels like my money has been stolen. This is cheating and it should go unheard.

Another havoc on the site's part, immediately after my above complaint Ms Sneha from customer support calls me and asks my transaction details. To my shock, she denies me paying the money for T-Shirt insisting that I paid for contest coupon!!!

All this despite showing order details, forwarding all the mails I received from 100BestBuy; showing my bank transaction print screen!!! I really feel helpless about next step, I have never been cheated earlier so the whole experience makes it very very disturbing. I am now taking this case with pinch of salt not to buy any thing from this site ever and suggest everyone to stay far far away from the site.
I have placed an order of a T Shirt at www.100bestbuy.com on 16/4/2012 paying through my Credit Card.My Reference No was 4059572.But till today ie on 05/05/2012(after 19days) there is no information about the product.
If I track the status with reference no.4059572 ,one CN no of Blue Dart is shown.CN no [protected].While tracking the same in Blue Dart website the status is "No matching Waybill/Reference Number/Order Number".
If I call in the phone no provided in the site nobody responds.I sent mails also but no reply.
I didnt belive that they will have such a poor quality of services.My money has gone to vain.
The worst site ever on net, absolute no sense of consumer care. will never reply to mails, rob you of your money and not deliver the product.
Please beware of the site. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED.

Inspite of so many complaints i have still not been delivered my product or got my money back.

There was a Lucky Draw of Ipad 32GB on 100bestbuy.com on which I submitted a form for the draw. Later on i received a call from Bangalore which says that i am on the 2nd position to win the Prize and the winner will be announced on 25th January 2013 but before that i have to make a purchase of Rs.1012 (A Polo T-shirt and a Belmonte Watch, 50% discount voucher of any product on their website and a coupon code for the prize) to be eligible for the prize. I said "Fine, I'll pay". After 5-7 days they sent me the courier of only a T-Shirt and a Watch. After checking that, I realised that they have charged me Rs.1012 for nothing. The "so-called" Polo T-shirt that they sent me is not my size, I ordered "XL" and they sent me "S" and I know how the original Belmonte watch looks like. I tried calling them on their HELPLINE number[protected] but Both CCE's Hungup on me(worst service). I don't want to be in this Lucky Draw anymore due to their fraudulent activities and worst service. I sent them a mail as well on [protected]@100bestbuy.com but still no reply from them so far.

So, I want my money back as soon as possible. I'll wait for you to take action.

Later on Jan 26, 2013 I received a phone call and email saying that:

As per them I was a sure winner as they were planning to choose 10 first buyers to give iPhone and i was on 6th rank. But after payment I didnt received any confirmation or result. Moreover no one picks up the phone on custoemr care.

I bought few stuff like books from 100bestbuy.com, but its almost 7 days and I have not yet received any courier neither a tracking/order number. Even in website through my accounts I am unable to view the order. I have only an email apart from that there is no proof of my purchase.

Please ban this company so that people dont fall into their trap and end up wasting their money.

100bestbuy is the worst online shopping i have seen. Customer executive are rude, and dont respect the customer, they will make you to obey thier orders, they never keep thier promises, will not attend your calls or simply disconnect your call, they rob your money and time,

Dont even give a try.
i[censored] still want to have a try.. just call their customer care and you will understand.No one will pick the call for sure.. But the number is a not a toll free number and you will be charged at 2 rs per minute. Check it.

when you want to return something they refund only as credit point not as cash. meaning you can purchase some other product from the same website for the amount. But they are not allowing us to use entire amount. But we can use only 75% of money. Meaning i[censored] pay 600 then you can buy product only worth 450 rs. the remaining 25% you can utilize only on next purchase. Again for delivery they charge another 150 rs. so to utilize the remaining 25% you again need to pay 150 for courier and delivery charge.

Whether you buy a product or they are replacing a product, each time you need to pay 150 rs for shipment. This is not in myntra or jabong. They have free shipment.

Again the product is of less quality compared to flipkart etc.

So go for flipkart where delivery is free if product is more than a paticular amount. which is reasonable.
and the highlighting funniest part is they say any queries contact us.

100best buy -- fraud company..It has put a contest of rs.400 in photobucket and they assured 100% money back in case of loss of contest. But they didnt give us the cash back but instead they gave 399 credit points in their online shopping. so when i was trying to use those points against my purchase from them they have restricted saying that only 60% of the points can be used for a worth of rs.631 item and i have to buy another item to use the remaining 30% points..
i have been fooled by 100bestbuy worlds fraud company. i got a random call from them as i have been selected in some monthly lucky draw to win Samsung galaxy s3 and they told that they sending coupon along with a watch worth rs.2500 as a gift i just have to pay a of rs. 949 of coupon and that watch and shipping charges later as i got the courier was shocked it was a watch hardly of rs. 20 and no coupon was along with after a talk to their executive they told to send back the watch and they will refund me the money. later they have utilized my money as credit points to my account as credit points. and they force me to purchase any product even i agreed to that. later when i try to purchase any product and use my credit points i can only use 25% of that points means above all amount i have to pay from cards. after trying to contact them they nor replying my emails and cutting or hanging up my call. please i want to file a case against them please help me i have enough of recordings and emails from their side.

I had participated in the online contest launch by www.100bestbuy.com on dated 12th Feb’2012 and also received a confirmation mail from them on the same date, mentioning that “if you are not the Contest Winner then u will get back Rs. 399.00 and it has credited to your account”. Instead of returning the amount to my account they had credited 399 points in my 100bestbuy account for few months. They had shown these points in my accounts for few months and without giving any intimation to me they had reversed the points from my accounts. I had contacted several times to them by email and phone they had responded but credited the amount Rs. 399.00 in my accounts.
On dated 5th May’2013 on of customer care executive contacted me and told that you have won the contest and within 15days you will receive the Samsung Galaxy tab. He also told me that this prize would only be given to me, if I would to pay them Rs. 840.00 for purchasing the combo offer of wrist watch. The executive also told me that the amount paid by me only at the time of delivery and rs.600/- coupons would be credited in my account as points. In this regard they had also sent me a confirmation mail mentioning that your COD order is qualified.
Still, either I have neither received the gifts nor the points in my accounts.

Dear Mr. Redsun C. Ambigapathy,

I have made a booking on under name Babu 05th Feb 2015, in Chennai to drop airport drop.
My Booking ID :- 58120.

Veh Reg No :- TN18P1624
Driver Cell No :- [protected],

Vehicle came on time, driver ask me before traveling he need RS.135.00, I asked why he said airport fee, i said there is no such a fee. then he threaten me and said I cannot move the vehicle if you not agree. I said ok and agree to pay.

After arriving the airport meter was 615.00 . he said you have to pay 615 + 135 = 750, I paid him 800, and asked balance he said no change, and he said your responsible to bring change and he went off.

After arriving airport I made a complaint to your office.But no replay or no news about that. I was dropped in airport at 7.40 PM. I made a complaint at 7.55PM. My flight was delay on that day (UL 124 Colombo to Chennai 05/02) I was at airport till 12.30 PM no replay or response.

At the airport I heart that this was happened to two customer of fast track.

Why is your staffs cheating to the customers.
What is your action and how you pay my damages?

I think this is not a first time you booking staff is know very well this cheating game, when we booking airport drop they can easily advise this cheating game to customers, if fast track team want to stop.

        I booked online a Ralph Lauren, Size Large, black colour T-shirt with green Logo from 100bestbuy.com on September 17, 2012 and paid the full amount of Rs. 582/- through my credit card. After 4-5 days, I was told that there will be slight delay in shipping my product due to unavoidable circumstances. In between, they shipped me a wrong T-shirt, which I was told to ship them back and also told that whatever the courier charges be, I would be paid for that. I shipped them back the T-shirt on October 1, 2012 and received a confirmation that they will ship me the correct T-shirt within 7-10 working days on October 4, 2012. Even that period is over and so far I have not received my T-shirt. All this while when I called their customer care, they kept on promising me that I will receive my product within 7 days or 4 days or next 48 hours and so on. All their promises have fallen flat. To this date, after a period of more than one month, I still receive their email stating they are unable to ship my product and that there will be a slight delay in shipping my product. I want to ask them what is the definition of slight delay when even after more than a month they are unable to ship it. My experience with 100bestbuy has been the worst as they have kept on cheating me and just extending the date. I would hereby request 100bestbuy that I am no longer interested in waiting and would like my money back, which amounts to Rs. 717 (Rs. 582 for the T-shirt and Rs. 135 for the courier charges incurred by me for shipping the wrong product back to 100bestbuy.) At this particular time when online shopping is just picking up, such practices by 100bestbuy is unethical and would impact the faith people have.         I hate to tell you but you have likely been scammed by a fake web page, and have lost your money.

        Google 100bestbuy and you will see hundreds of other similar complains.

        You should ALWAYS check whether an internet business is genuine before handing over your details.
        Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

                  when i paid the money using my SBI debit card, 399Rs got deducted and later, its said, if we dont win in the contest then our money (399Rs) is converted into point, which i dont want,

                  Before registering you have clearely said you will give "100% money back" (i have attached the print screen of the offer saying 100% money back) if we dont win in the contest, which you are not giving, i want my money not credit points,,

                    I booked a pair of Loto Tolosa Shoes at 100bestbuy.com on[protected] against order No. 4647406 and paid the amount through net banking. After two weeks i asked for status of my order on phone (which is not a toll free number). They gave fake excuses and assured for the delivery of order soon. on July 8th, I send them a mail and received a mail with same excuses.
                    Again after some days, i contacted 100bestbuy on their Mob. No. On[protected] i again mailed them and received their mail. There are options on their site to track your order but it is not working neither their mob. no. is responding to customer care. i once again mailed them on[protected] and received a mail from them on[protected] with excuse and assurance that their executive will contact me.
                    In 3dr week of Sept. I received a call from +91 [protected] and assured the delivery within a couple of days. On[protected], I mailed a list of courier at [protected]@100bestbuy.com but still i have got nothing.

                                100BestBuy Runs fake promotional campaigncontest - Asks people to enroll with small amount promising high end products through lotto. On register, they further puts terms and condition to purchase promotional products with higher amount than the enrollment amount and promise to cashback.

                                I fell into one such trap by 100BestBuy.com online shopping mall. I received the promotional package of Rs1194 on Mar 4 2013 and found that

                                1. The box was tampered which was well packed from outside.
                                2. The box was missing items as mentioned in the delivery parcel ( still hold the parcel )
                                1. The participation contest coupons missing
                                2. Along with the discount coupons.
                                3. The promotional items sent along is not worth the amount that was paid.
                                4. The product that sent was also completely unusable for immediate start.

                                I have immediately tried contacting via Phone on the number mentioned on the website but the call always returns busy and no response. Failed to contact, I looked for online complaint posting but the website doesn't have one (may be intentional). They I searched the website like a mad and found a email address for communication. I sent them email and there wasn't any response from them on the issue. Now it is almost end month since i logged the complaint with them and still without response.

                                Now, I have 100% dissatisfaction with the company 100bestbuy.com. I left with a feeling of being cheated on money & products and fell into trap of 100bestbuy.com. Please help on the same, I found this website after a search with a hope that I will getback my money and hope other not to fell into the same trap.

                                  I had purchased one benetton watch from 100bestbuy.com (a venture of SUKSH TECHNOLOGY ) in JUNE 2012, which when delivered turned out to be fake. I had it verified from benetton showroom. I complained and returned the watch through courier, which took a very lengthy time, to get the credit points in my online account, after 25-30 mails and repeated STD call to their Bangalore office. After all this harrasment, I got the credit points INR 769 in my online account around SEP 20th. I selected other product (Brown Casual Shoes from REDTAPE) to utilize these points which was for INR 1530, I maid the rest payment online.
                                  After 15days, without any confirmation mail, I was deliverved an altogether different pair of shoes, not even similar to the one selected online, but altogether different in shape/size and model. My order ID was 6090413, I called their Bangalore office, they trace the orders through CELL no, which is registered with them, it took them 15 mins to get the online record tracing, and no accountabiliy whatsoever, towards client satisfaction, the executive advised to forward complaint again, return the goods, wait for credit points, reorder the product, wait again for order..........till they make another mistake and screw me.

                                  This is absolutely harrasment at its peak, I request somebody please take action against such fruad firms cheating people of their hard earned money.

                                    I had participated in 100 bestbuy contest for Apple I phone and paid Rs.440 through my Debit card.

                                    Few days later an executive called me and confirmed that I am the contest winner and they are sending my wining product for which I have to pay Rs. 2000 (inclusive of courier charges).

                                    After paying the courier charges I had opened the parcel and surprised by seeing that I have received a small T.shirt that would fit only the kid, and a so called Reebok watch in which watch needles have come out, a lousy cheap MP3 Player, and a 2 GB memory card.

                                    I had also received a mail from them saying I have ordered for a combo item of the above, which I did not.

                                    A photocopied coupon, which they claim that they give 70% discount for a Rs.22,000 worth Avatar tab, an another way to cheat me again.
                                    In Flipcart the product list price itself Rs. 3080.

                                    All these products are not even a worth of Rs.500 but the executive who called me said he is sending the contest gift worth Rs.32000.

                                    I made calls from Chennai to Bangalore and no one has responded about the fraudulent contest.

                                    Kindly help me to get my money back as this company is totally fraud and they are openly cheating the innocent people.

                                    kind attention is invited to your ref.no.11319292, where in you have offered me a "WATCH" saying that it is a product of "BELMONTE", worth of some 5, 600/- as a gift offer for the 1st ten winners in the CONTEST:Apple Ipad 32GB, just for Rs.849/- as service tax with a guaranteed refund of Rs.400/- along with contest fee of Rs.399/- after final draw for Apple Ipad 32GB winner. Just one hour back i received corrier, on opening the parcel to my dismay i found a watch by name "BELMONTE", WHICH APPEARS VERY CHEEP LOOK LIKE PLATFORM Product and having no official "LOGO". Certainly it is nothing but cheating the customer. So sincerely i request to look forward and send me ORIGINAL PRODUCT of BELMONTE" WRIST WATCH as you promissed.                                     I saw an Ad in my personal mail for an online shopping offer from 100BestBuy.com. I opened that link and there was an offer for online shopping and I had participated in 100 bestbuy contest for Blackberry Bold 9900 phone and paid Rs.1589 through my Debit card. Few days later an executive send me sms (congrats ! we are send product to address) and confirmed that I am the contest winner lucky draw team, confirm me that I am of lucky winners and you will get one product through coupon which they are sending namely blackberry. I have continued mail for want of winner list but
                                    I got sms announce me win they send to product. But till date they have not received and I got call from customer this no.[protected], he told me u have pay rs.4000 personal charges asking amounts after I send you product. After continue the phone call the computerized reply is coming that all the customer executive are busy. I have distressed to call customer care 10 times.
                                    Please let me know what else information I can provide or how can I help more to get the action initiated against this fraud and no one has responded about the fraudulent contest. Kindly help me to get my winner product or money back as this company is totally fraud and they are openly cheating the innocent people.

                                    In my mail i saw that at rs. 499, you could buy a Tab - lonova and I without thinking paid Rs. 499/- and later on I got a call from customer care saying that I am on the top lucky winner list for Sony xperiia mobile which is 35000/- and I could get it at Rs. 9999/-. Again he called and said that my name in on top three winners list and pressurized me to make payment of Rs. 9999/- for which there is no response from 100 best buy and total credits of 10600 has been credited to my account.

                                    I thought I can at least purchase products worth 10000/-, for that the customer care says that only partial points can be used and balance i have to pay.

                                    OH MY GOD... I have been looted.. Full of lies saying that i am on top three winners list. We need to report to the consumer forum and take action for cheating people... I shall go to any extend but I shall be that my money is refunded.

                                      I had ordered for a Ralph Lauren T-shirt from 100bestbuy.com as below:
                                      Product Name : RALPH LAUREN (RL POLO) Blue T-shirt with White logo
                                      Order No : 5914620

                                      The site sent me wrong colour T-shirt (Sky blue T-shirt with brown Logo) and also it is expected to be duplicate.
                                      When I complaint about it to Customer care (most unprofessional people) - Mr. Raj singh Sikarwar told me that their site dont have any replacement policy and he was not ready to provide me complaint number. When I threatened him to complain in Consumer forum, he said he will send me the right T-shirt soon. But, even after waiting for 15-20 days I did not get my T-shirt.
                                      Never ever buy from this site, there are many professional E-commerce websites with fool proof customer care and replecement policy.

                                      WORST E-COMMERCE WEBSITE --- should be renamed to 200worstbuy.com

                                        I participated a contest conducted by 100bestbuy.com for samsung galaxy tab and i paid Rs. 399/-. After 3 months they informed me that i was not selected for contest and a special gift is gained which is an Universal MP3 player model NP 950 + 2GB memory card of Rs. 5999/- worth, and i have to pay only Rs. 921/- excluding the 399/-. Today i received the product which is very cheap quality with a 2GB card. As per the telephonic conversation, they informed me that Universal Branded mp3 player worth 5999/- was to be given to me. But 100bestbuy.com cheated me in this regard. I had not received the chager of the MP3 player. They send me a simple "Singh Universal" mp3 player which may costs about 500/- or below. This is injustice. So kindly give reply in this regard to [protected]@yahoo.com mail id. Otherwise i will approach to Consumer court. I am a Police Officer. So please take necessary action in this regard. I already kept all the recorded evidence of your representative who talked with me.

                                        Sony 2GB memory stick — Fraud

                                        I purchased a SONY Pro Duo Memory 2GB memory stick from Indiatimes shopping through order no.[protected] and when the order gets delivered to my place what I find is a SANDISC 2GB memory stick with vendor bill of SONY 2GB memory stick. When contacted customer care the representative replied cooly and had no idea to what to do next and registered a complain and gave me a weird complain number and said will get back to you. Even after 5 days of registering the complain no body has even contacted me.Even after several emails no body has responded yet. Kindly help me get my ordered product or my money back and help expose such fraud shopping ecommerce websites and vendors.

                                        I placed online order for MP3 Player from 100bestbuy.com, online eCommerce website advertising products and claiming that these rate are promotional and the products are original from the companies.
                                        I received call from the company for the product ordered that i will be getting the original MP3 Player cable and ear phone. After that i received the confirmation call from the company that my ordered product has been dispatched to my address within 5-6 days and i need to pay Rs. 699 on cash on delivery.
                                        On 28th November 2011 i received courier and after paying him cash of Rs. 699/- i opened packet in front of him and found only USB Cable in the packet but not the MP3 Player and ear Phone. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy. I called them few times but no one response me and it showed that they are busy then suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 8 days i got it . This time i got all the product. Its not a good experience for me but main thing is i got my product.

                                        Same happened with me, i have participated in a mobile contest and paid Rs. 444, after sometime 100bestbuy called me that i have won MP3 Player whose cost is Around Rs. 5500 and i will get same in Rs. 921, i said yes, then they delivered useless Singh MP3 Player.whose worth hardly around Rs. 250

                                        Please suggest some way around to not happen again with other people, otherwise 100bestbuy will make fool of others also.

                                        Today these people calls me too and asks me if m willing to purchase the same universal player for Rs 920 defining it as the vat of the product..

What they promise is totally the reverse of what they deliver. The Mp3 player is too cheap and non branded. The wrist watch too is easily available at a nominal price. If the 100bestbuy.com officials do not contact me as early as possible, i will approach the consumer court.
