I HAVE RECEIVED THE SHOE (SIZE:7 & COLUR: BROWN) AFTER 12 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE.

THIS FRAUD COMPANY ARE SENDING THE WRONG MATERIAL. THIS COMPANY IS NOT A 100 BEST BUY COMPANY ITS A 100% FRAUD COMPANY.

I HAVE WRONGLY CLICKED ONE ADD IN MY YAHOO MAIL AND THATS BRINGING TO ME BUY ONE CELLPHONE ONLY RS.750.

I HAVE PAID THAT AMOUNT AFTER I RECEIVED ONE MAIL FROM THEM YOU ARE PARTICIPATED IN THE BUMPER.

WE WILL INFORM THE WINNER THROUGH MAIL. WE CAN UNDERSTAND FROM HEREITSELF THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

IF THEY ARE DRAW THEN THEY HAVE TO DO VERY OPEN. DONT BELIVE THIS FRAUD COMPANY. BUSTARAD..............

    respected sir 100 bestbu ki taraf say mujhe call aaya ki mai ek touch screen ipod 16gb inbuilt memory apple ya samsung ka ipod jita hu ek lucky draw may .jo contest maine khele tha . uske ke baad first flight couriour company say call aaya ki apna address bataaye hum within ek week may aapako couriour bhejh denge .i tell my address .now 2 weeks 5 days ho chuke ha but mujhe na kisi tarah ka couriour recive huwa ha na call then i call 100bestbuy no [protected] but meri baat sunne kay baad unhone mere call lambe hold par daal diya or jab maine dubaraa kaafi baar call kiya toh badi mushikil say mere call attend ki unhone uske baad toh jaise unhe gussa aagaya maine unhi apni problem baatai then dubaara hold par jaane kay baad wapis aakar mujhe bolne lage nahi tumne koi contest nahi jita ha or call kaat di maine phir dubaara call ki isbaar mujhe kaha gaya ki ha tumne ek normal ipod jita ha but uskay liye tumhe paise pay karne honge 921 ruppes ,now i really said that 100 bestbuy is fake or faurd company .do not shop with 100 best buy .really chahe toh aur logo kay reviews pard lo

    Your money is gone. I lost around 5000. That's a faltoo site. It seems even here also many of my friends didn't get proper response. too sad.

      Along time has been lapsed I could not received any response in any form from their (100bestbuy) side whether I won the contest or not. Even I try to approach them at given number but I failed to get any response from their side.
      At last I received mail from 100best as following but as they mentioned still I am not able use my credit.

      On 6 Nov. 2011 I ordered gents watch from www.100bestbuy.com
      The Watch is listed at http://www.100bestbuy.com/cart.php?id=187101
      I paid for it online and i received order number. When I cheked for my order status it shows that it is invalid order number.
      Then After no of time I mailed them in reply they just sends system generated mail which says that one of our representative will get back with you within 24-48 hours.
      I have waited for 3 days then after again i send them a mail for the same and they didn't replied.

      So would like to suggest you that such fraud's website must be banned and there must be some law and fine to stop such crime so that customer didn't loose there hard money.

      I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 bestbuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
      After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

      I sent an mail around 15 mails on every month regarding about refund status

      Successfully points credited to my 100bestbuy.com account. It's (-999)( negative.

      Again i mailed to customer service. After that i received only. "acknownlegement" mail.

      Herewith i attached screen shot. please refer the screenshot.

        I have purchased a product (Fujifilm FinePix AV200 14 MP (Black) Digital Camera) on Sep 6, 2012, Order Number is "5582349" and make payment Rs 3732/- through my HDFC Bank Credit Card However, i did not received any product from company. I am trying to contact you multiple time through a phone calls/ Emails but till now i did not received any response. I want to register a complain against the company. This is the third time happen with me on the same portal.

        Please let me know how do i get me money back and the company listed as a defaulter and banned company service.

          I am registered with my mobile number [protected] on shopping portal 100bestbuy, and i was having credit of Rs1086 in my account, but when i checked on 07/30/12, it was not showing in my account, i send mail to there customer care on the same day, but it was not resolved, again i send a mail to customer care on 08/12/12, but it is not resolved, again i send third reminder on 08/19/12, but still it is not resolved till now, i have tried calling so many times, but still it is not resolved,

            I saw an advertisement at Facebook.Com that offered me the opportunity to enter a ‘contest’ to win a Samsung Galaxy S2 handset upon making a payment of Rs.399, which I made online on July 24. I received a ‘contest coupon’ and payment confirmation through email. The contest was being run online by a website called 100BestBuy.Com and the results were supposed to be announced in the first week of the following month, i.e., August.

            According to the terms and conditions listed at http://www.100bestbuy.com/tc-contest.php, “Winners will get confirmation call and personal emails. Other applicants will get email consist of winner list for that month.” So, on August 7, I wrote to them asking for the list of winners to be emailed to me. They replied at first that contest results would be announced in the second week of August and, when that had passed and I had written to them again, that the results would be announced in the third week. I haven’t received the promised email although the fourth week of August and the first week of September have also passed.

            I suspect that the ‘contest’ is a fraudulent exercise and wish to warn unsuspecting internet users, so that they do not fall into that trap and lose hard-earned money as I have.

            Like Gursharan I am also a victim of this 100bestbuy contest
            I was declared contest winner (ref number[protected] item of Samsung cellphone worth around Rs.35k informed to me on Tuesday, 8th Jan2013 afternoon wherein I received a call from them. However since I did not get any call or any email notification, after repeated attempts to reach out on the available phones, I was able to speak to your representative on the Saturday, 12th Jan2013. The rep confirmed of me winning and further mentioned that I should be receiving the above mentioned by Friday, Jan18th. However I did not receive the item nor attempt to reach out on your available contact. Either the number[protected] was switched off, engaged or just ringing with nobody picking it up.
            Additionally there has been no response to the email that I have been sending on the subject.

              This is to inform you that I have won an American Company's I - POD with sony's headset through a contest but they delivered me a local I - POD with ordinary headset of SINGH UNIVERSAL through First Flight courier service. When I call to the customer service there was no response.
              Now, Either I want the refund or replace the duplicate product with the product which I was promise to get.

                    This is to bring to your kind information that I've been participated in their online contest and whenever asked about the result that to the customer care said that winner will be announced by next week, next month and 1st week of august. but finally they said it was finished. see the contest winner in their web portal. But no one is win that product and no one name is not mentioned as a contest winner.

                    On 2 July 2012 got email from them and i have been used and paid money. (I don't open their web and i don't know about their web site also)
                    Since 2 months over no result and no winner and no refund also. when i asked abut my money said that i should buy some products but I can't it also.
                    so please kindly consider my request and do the needful to avoid any cheating for the civilian peoples.

                    They are the big cheaters.. running their ads on facebook.com and make fool of people by running a fraud contest..They didn't know how hard a middleclass man earned and they will take all the bad blessings from them..You will never rise in the market by making so much frauds.. to people..

                      At 6 augest i was purches black berry screen gaurd and secon day i received mail from him your ordergoing to late so that i cancelled this order but till time this money is not credited in credit card or neither contacted with me.

                      Whenever we call his mention Contact number :[protected] and i am surprising in that only sales department line is working , when ever i going to complaint log that time call is automaticaly disconnected . Its very reducules thing after mention of call center no one respond to phone or mail .

                        Hi i bought "Reebok Watch" from 100BestBuy on 5th August 2012 with order ID "5072662", but it not delivered , when i checked with customer care they told there is no Reference ID created for it, where as i got the Order reference ID on 5th Aug it self. i tried to fallow it up with customer care thrice on 7th, 8th and 14 th Aug respectively, i got a reply finally on 21th aug 2012 say that the problem has been resolved and they will ship the product with in 7th working days but still i did not received the product , when i tried to call the normal customer care it will always come to busy, they have given separate number for complaint in mail it will always come switched off. They claimed that its an top 3 e commercial site but they is no proper delivery or response to customer. I am attaching the last and first mail mail from them

                          i received a call from 100bestbuy.com saying i have a prize a nano i pod which costs around 5000. which they said i must pay 920 rupees as service tax. but the product which i found on delivery is not even costing a 900 Rs and its not nano ipod its some other company . Please guide me to register a fraud complaint against the company.

                              I order one Ipad in 100bestbuy.i reach the product on cash on delivery.i paid it and buy the product.i shocked ipad was not a company item and not worthfull .i contact them told the product was not good and hear phone one side does not working and charger pin adapter does not match they told please send that product we will replacing the product.i am also send the product and i got call from the 100bestbuy.com.
                              and they ask y return the product.i explain to them again.we will replace ur product and ur courier charges was add as point in ur account 100bestbuy.com..STILL NO RESPONSE NO CALL NO MAIL I CAN NOT CALL TO THT OR THT NUMBER.
                              I LOSS MY MONEY 920+85+277.

                                  I have ordered samsung headset worth 329 from 100bestbuy.com on 23-April-2012.com till now I didn't get product delivered. there customer care doesn't work and when i mail them they said sorry for delay. after that i didn't get any response from them. After mailing for a long months and fed up mailing and now i am not able to acces there site with my account( even after i given my user id and password it says guest not any error msg).
                                  That is my hard earned money. why should I leave for a such theives. I belive in consumercomplaints.in that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible. I am having proofs of there mails and mails which i have sent to there customer care. banking transaction statement. I have all the proffs i can show you.

                                    I have onne account in this website there also so many contact address available and I was tried every one.

                                    I am suggesting all the people don't purchase any thing from this On-line shop

                                      100 best buy Complaint, I want to lodge a complaint against 100 Best buy on line shopping . My name is Sandesh S Gaikwad. I am registered customer with 100 best buy. My I have booked product “I PAD SAMSUNG” which quantity was one on Its Bid log Rs 299/- before 07 months. After that now month of Jul 2012, 100 best buy customer care was called me you won IPAD Samsung. After that I received product by First Flight Courier service and I paid Rs 890/- for shipping charges. When I opened package I found fake MP3 player small and unserviceable micro SD card 2GB and fake sony earphone. Lets I complaint to 100 Best buy customer care service by mail and phone called. They registered my complaint. I have re-registered my complaint more than twenty time. 100 best buy executive email me two time only they gave me information that my complaint has been lodged. Second email I got a from assured me that there was problem with were technically wrong product packaging by mistake they delivered. It was again shocking news for me, I call daily to 100 best buy customer care they never tell me right status. Always they have similar answer for me like my complaint is already lodged. They will arrange a back call for me in 24-48 hours. They have forwarded my complaint. Surely I will get my product very soon. There is not any facility to check complaint status. Still I am waiting for my won product those I paid shipping charges.

                                      I ordered a Reebok watch from 100bestbuy.com but when i received the product it wasn't a reebok watch. I told the person that i would not pay for the product since it wasn't what i ordered but he refused to take it back. I paid him 700 bucks and then i sent the product back to the company at the address mentioned on web site, and asked for full refund of money. I also called customer care and told them that I had sent the product back for replacement. They received the product also. They told that they will send me the cheque but one day suddenly i received a courier saying that it is replaced product. I returned the product because if would have opened the product, again the same cycle would start. what shall i do
                                      The site is fake.Please do not buy anything from the site 100 bestbuy .com, they send me the wrong product and on calling them back they refuse to pay back the money.I just want to register a complaint against them on consumer court.
                                      I had been shopping online for a while and was pleasantly surprised when I got a feedback call for each of my two purchases from 100bestbuy.com last month. I had ordered for a Dell XCD28 as well as saree for my wife because the offers were really attractive . I had some serious issued with their delivery earlier and was planning not to shop from them again.
                                      However it seems that these guys are making a serious effort to ramp up their customer experience. The product quality in 100bestbuy.com had always been awesome and the only problem is the service and delivery. Good to know that they are concentrating on it as well now.

                                        I have paid Rs. 1000 thru credit card for various contests. It is mentioned on web site that whole money will be accumulatyed as credit points in my account and i will be able to use these credit points while buying from the site. Right now my account is showing nil balance. I have written following email to 100bestbuy.com but have'nt got any reply till mow. This is a fraud company. Such companies should be banned and should not be allowed to do cheap business.

                                        I am having account with mobile no [protected] on your site. I have placed several orders under contest scheme. You have mentioned that my whole money under contest scheme will be accumulated in my account and I can re-deem that money for some purchases. But now my account is not showing any money under this account. pl revert immediately
