They(www.100bestbuy.com) have send me worst quality watch charging Rs 699. i have tried to contact them but they haven't been in contact after many tries. They send the watch at my home without being ordered.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We will send you the replacement for the faulty accessories.

    They are called and asked for selling sony i-pod with offer price of 700 . i ordered they send through blue-dot courier service, After receiving the percel i opened, the parcel contain only case and no the i-pod. After that i called that person for this problem they told re-send the parcel and email the query i done every thing but still i dont receive the product. I request u dont buy the product through telecom most of them are fraud.

        I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

          ,i liked that offer and made an order on online.after 4 days,i received the courier package as i have paid rs.599/- as shipping and delivery charges.but i was shocked to see that the ipod was not working.i checked it thrice by connecting it to my pc for charging.even though it was not working.so i had send complaint link to them and also called to their mobiles too,but they are not even to respond in any way.so,i am helpless to do nothing else than filing an online complaint on then in the indian consumer forum.so i request you to take necessary legal action on them as soon as possible.

            I was called by an executive of 100bestbuy on 15-9-11 and told specifically that I would be sent an apple ipod for rs. 700. I asked him 2-3 times whether it is an apple ipod and not any local brand. Upon receiving the courier on 17-9-11 from aramex courier and checking the contents it was not an apple ipod but some local brand which DID not even have the memory card and does not even work. Their customer service number is never available. I want my money back now! and please advise me on the future course of action to undertake against this fraudulent company.

            I had ordered to the maroon color silk saree on 26 oct 2011 but after a week I received the product by courier, when I opened it... color was different than what I had ordered to 100bestbuy website. I had called to the 100bestbuy customer care service... and had said ti resend the product which I had actually ordered. But still I have not received...then i called there and told him to about delivery issue then the y check the my details and they given to me one tracking no and they told to me we will already send your replacement product so please check it out through given tracking no of blue dart courier

                I had the following experience from 100bestbuy.Com

                I received a call from 100bestbuy.Com and was offered a ipod+wristwatch combo.

                Was contacted by them and they offered me to sell combo pack of ipod + watch. I was very specifically told by the sales person who called from mobile no. [protected] that they have sony ipod and fastrack wrist watch and they are selling as part of promotion from the brands, and thus this price.

                Believing them,, I ordered. Today, I received was a small packet with an ipod with no brand and watch with no brand. The quality of the stuff is equivalent from the one that are available on footpath at fort. I am cheated. Also, they are non functional.

                I am trying to call them at [protected] (the number given on website) at[protected], the number which I was given.

                Through this mail I bring to your notice that the merchant is using the website to cheat people . Also, I was also told that the packet will contain the warranty card (both the products bear one year warranty). The packet contains nothing.. not a single piece of paper..

                I want original branded products or refund with damages.

                This is the number I have tried almost 29 times. I am told this is "sales" number you need to contact customer support, a land line number, which is NEVER PICKED UP.

                Also, note in no unclear terms that you are running a per-medicated, well-thought racket which involves defrauding public at large. People don't come after you for small sum, but people like me are different. I do not mind spending 5000 RS to recover my Rs 499 and teach fraud people like you a lesson.

                I am in the process of spreading a wider net for cheaters like you.

                These scumbags are selling this fraudulent scheme all over the country, i too was told that i would be getting an Apple ipod but i got an unbranded mp3 player that is non-functional. I am trying their number for hours and they either dont pick up or hang up in the middle of the conversation or tell me that i will receive an email regarding the details of returning the product, which i never got. I am with you, 100bestbuy are pure scumbags and frauds! Its about time someone taught them a lesson.

                  I have ordered a shoe+watch combo through 100bestbuy.Com on 20th mar 2012 and I have paid 699rs against this aforementioned order but I have not received any acknoledgement mail or sms about my transaction. Once I checked my user account 100bestbuy.Com I have seen the transaction with refno: 3116429 and blue dart shipping number: [protected]. But when I checked blue dart website it showing the shipping number as invalid. So I have tried contacting the vendor through mail and customer support phone number but there is no proper response even after the 8th day after placing the order. I have tried calling the customer support team but sometime they wont attend the call and sometime they are telling like they can not track this order details. This kind of a response from a e-commerce portal after taking money from the customer is really ridiculous and offensive. So kindly advice me the possible ways to get the ordered products or my money back.

                  I participated in a contest during july 2012. i was not informed about the winner, i called them after a month and thay promised me that i will get the credit points. but every month i call them they don't respond. some customer care person will ask number of question and disconnect the phone. i received a mail stating that the credit points will be credited within 5-6 days and i need to use within 7 days, but nothing happened. again sending the mail goes in . i used to receive a reply to call the customer care number. if i call customer care number no solution. phone disconnect.

                        I got a message from 100bestbuy on my phone stating tghat my number has been chosen for a free ipod from a branded company. I showed my interest and sent sms on the given no. AFter that i received a confirmation call on which i was told that the Ipod is from Sony company and its worth 4-5 thousand but i'll have to bear the shipping charges and gift tax charges. All in all i had to give 699. I said ok. I received the product and paid the money but what i could find from it was that the courier did not had an Ipod but a mp3 player and that too from a local company.

                        Was contacted by them and they offered me to sell combo pack of ipod + watch. I was very specifically told by the sales person who called from mobile no.                         Believing them, , I ordered. Today, I received was a small packet with an ipod with no brand and watch with no brand. The quality of the stuff is equivalent from the one that are available on footpath at fort. I am cheated. Also, they are non functional.

                        Through this mail I bring to your notice that the merchant is using the website to cheat people . Also, I was also told that the packet will contain the warranty card (both the products bear one year warranty). The packet contains nothing.. not a single piece of paper..

                                  u must be one of the lucky ones...with me its been a bad experience and continues to be one...after my threat of FIR, they contacted me on Friday promising to refund my money along with courier charges so that I could return their crap. They said same would happen on Monday and they would intimate me and also provide me with the tracking number.

                                  Monday came and went..nothing happened as expected..

                                  Probably they took me lightly...anyways now I shall have the FIR lodged if this issue is not taken care of by 5:00 PM today...also my lawyer is already working on taking necessary recourse

                                  Remember all its not about the money that I paid..its about the fact that some people feel that they can do anything and get away with it...there is always a payback time

                                  Dear sir, i am amit from kolkata, complaining you on 100bestbuy.com as they cheated me by selling an ipod which was not working, i liked that offer and made an order on online.after 4 days, i received the courier package as i have paid rs.599/- as shipping and delivery charges.but i was shocked to see that the ipod was not working.i checked it thrice by connecting it to my pc for charging.even though it was not working.so i had send complaint link to them and also called to their mobiles too, but they are not even to respond in any way.so, i am helpless to do nothing else than filing an online complaint on then in the indian consumer forum.so i request you to take necessary legal action on them as soon as possible.

I filled up the form and paid rupees 699. There was nothing mentioning that it was a contest and that it will be decided in a lottery, which i came to know the next day by their customer service representative caller. I was furious at first but then he said that i had already been selected in the top 15 and out of which 12 people will get iphone 5…But to stay in contest i was asked to buy a mobile worth Rs3999 with 100% cash back..meaning that 3999 will be added to my credit points and then i can order anything worth 3999+699 anytime from there site. As there were 699 points already updated in my account and seeing the probability of coming in 12 out of 15 i lured into that offer. (How stupid of me!!) and bought that Azume mobile. Then 1 week has passed no credit points have been updated. There customer care ppl dont answer my queries. They send automated replies from there contact email addresses. And there is no information regarding the contest itself!! This is total fraud!!! I request people who have been similarly cheated by this fraudulent company to come upfront and file a case and get your money back

But i dint get memory card then later i called to cust care number and i complained to get memory .Then within a week i got memory . Thank u for ur good service .

                                      I had ordered an i-pod from Suksh. After placing the order I recieved a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me that the i-pod is of Apple company model A1320, and along with i-pod we are giving 2GB memory card, earphone, 1 year warranty card, data cable and you need to pay the Rs 699 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 2999. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i recieved the i-pod through courier (Aramex, [protected]), but as i opened the pack i found that it is a local MP3 Player with very poor sound quality and without any memory card which also not worth 699.

                                      Ref. order no 100944 (Suksh Technology). The product has been delivered at Suksh Technology with waybill no. [protected] and received by Swati (([protected]) on 10th Oct, 2011. As spoken with Ravi Kumar in 100bestbuy.com customer care service dept, he assured me of complete refund, but now he is not taking my calls or would like to speak.

                                        I had ordered an i-pod from Suksh. After placing the order I recieved a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me that the pendrive is of Hp V210w 4GB Flash Drive, and along with 1 year warranty card, you need to pay the Rs 329 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 800. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i recieved the pendrive through courier (bludart), but as i opened the pack i found that it is a local pendrive with very poor quality and without any warranty card which also not worth 329/-...so plz don't beleive on this site & don't waste ur money

                                        I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

I bought HP 16GB pen drive the price of which was much less compared to any other online shopping site and i got it delivered to my place in just 3 days.                                         IPOD with Memory — duplicate Ipod

                                        Sir I had applied for an Ipod to 100BESTBUY. On 23rd Feb 2012 i received a call from 100BESTBUY that i am a luky winner and I am eligible for apple ipod. which will be delivered to my address which i had given at the time of applying for the said product. They told to pay Rs.880 as nominal fee and i will get apple Ipod for free. I got the parcel on 25.02.12. and paid Rs.880 to the courier boy. When I open the parcel the Ipod which they had sent was not of a Apple company but a local made. I felt myself cheated an when i called the help line no they did not respond me. Please go through my complain and take action against such company which are fraud.
