,i liked that offer and made an order on online.after 4 days,i received the courier package as i have paid rs.599/- as shipping and delivery charges.but i was shocked to see that the ipod was not working.i checked it thrice by connecting it to my pc for charging.even though it was not working.so i had send complaint...

I was called by an executive of 100bestbuy on 15-9-11 and told specifically that I would be sent an apple ipod for rs. 700. I asked him 2-3 times whether it is an apple ipod and not any local brand. Upon receiving the courier on 17-9-11 from aramex courier and checking the contents it was not an apple ipod but some local brand which DID not even have the memory card and does not even work. Their customer service number is never available....

I have orderd 1 sony ipod but i have not received sony ipod. it's a local ipod and i also commited to get 1 charger, 1 no 5 gb memory card but it's not fulfil so i want to return this package and want my money back which is Rs. 699/-
or send me sony ipod with 1 charger and 5 gb memory card in the replacement of received ipod....

AFter that i received a confirmation call on which i was told that the Ipod is from Sony company and its worth 4-5 thousand but i'll have to bear the shipping charges and gift tax charges.
