100Bestbuy.com — Payment done, but product not received | |||
I was ineterested in a combo deal in 100bestbuy.com, and place order for it and made full payment thru netbanking on 12 may 2014. And in their website in my account they have updated like the item sent thru bluedart with a awb no, but the no is not valid, in the bluedart website it shows that there is no consignment on the given no. I have sent so many emails to their service, care, info emails (100bestbuy.com) there is no response an di got only automated reply. While trying their customer care no only can hear recorded voice, no body attending the complaints.
