[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Product ordered &actual order placed is diffrent | |||
Ref id 33351655, date of placing order is 24 dec 2014. I have ordered combo peter england assorted formal shirt (Psd-01 + psd-03 + psd-05) of rs 1208 but Its showing in orders as peter england assorted formal shirt (Psd-02). I did th txn via credit card. Its showing single shirt instead of combo of 3. So i have cancelled the order. The points 1208 are credited into 100bestbuy account. When i am trying to buy same product or any Other product only 30-50 rs are getting utilized from my 100bestbuy acct. Its asking to pay cash for Remaining amt. So points are of no use. Note :i also have screenshots of what i have ordered and what order they have placed. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mob number is [protected].
