[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Refund the amount | |||
Sir/Madam, I had placed a order of three products worth Rs. 1560/-(Two shirt and one trouser) to the 100bestbuy.com portal on 30th June 2014 one of the shirt has been delivered to me on 1st August 2014 just after one month which is not of original brand it's totally duplicate. I have immediately return the product by the Indian Post on the next day. the shirt which I placed the order was 'Blackberrys' but they send me a different colour and duplicate one. And the details of other two product is not showing in the tracking details. the problem I have several time consult to the given contact No. i.e. [protected] and also send them mails but the site administrator is not responding. today again I made a call, one of their executive confirms me that they will call me back just after half an hour but still I didn't receive any call. This type of commitment they had made previously also but didn't call me. Now I want the amount which I had paid to make the order.Please take necessary action so that I can get rid of this site. I have made a complain on 06th August 2014. But, still no communication have
been made by the 100bestbuy.com officials. In the previous letter I asked for
refund the amount of Rs
1560/- for making order. I have asked for refund only because one of three
products I ordered I had received and found the product was not original for
this immediately I returned the product. Today on 12th August 2014 the Bluedart
(situated at Port Blair, South Andaman, Andaman & Nicobar
Islands) courier service called me to collect one product send by the
100bestbuy.com. I surprised that the product reached at around
320 Km far of my given delivery address i.e. Diglipur North Andaman. I
frequently mailing to the 100bestbuy.com to refund the amount I paid for. But
the 100bestbuy.com sending me some different product this has been confirmed by
the mail they have sent me.
Further, I am requesting please refund the amount instead
sending some different products.
