108 Ambulance — 108 irresponsible customer service | |
Dear, To whomever it is concerned. We know how much efforts has been taken by the govt to run the 108 facility. However, the service is not reaching the needy. Today[protected] made a call in regards to support a senior citizen, whose right leg was infected and unable to walk. The team has answered the call within no time which would be appreciated. They enquired about the city and area i'm calling from followed by age of the person. Later probed if there are any relatives available with him. I replied 'no'. The executive asked to hold the line and it's been 10mins i was on hold but none of them responded. Attached 6mins recording of hold for your reference.
