108 Ambulance — 108 Staff was not allowing to enter hospital due to their internal issue

We we selected SVP and after reaching there. we talked to SVP staff they said to allow walkin for patient. but 108 staff consider it as O2 patient even if oxygen is normal and was suggested to wait for hospital main person to talk and allow.
