108 Ambulance — delayed response & lack of handicapped friendliness

We had called for ambulance at 1930 hrs and inspite of repetitive calls, it arrived at 2300 hrs.

My father is 83 year old physically handicapped on crutches. The ambulance had no facilities for him and the staff was absolutely unconcerned.
