108 Ambulance — Dodging without doing duty

He is admitted in covid ward. He is cardiac patient he is referred to CT scan on above mentioned date by covid19 108 ambulance for an emergency. And the patient is referred by the government nursing staff informed to EMT shift the patient with O2 (Oxygen) support and shift by structure or wheel chair support. But the Ambulance Staff are attend the case and drop infront of the Building and adviced to walk the patient. But the patient is in abnormal condition he cant able to walk . we pleased the staff to get support but they scold us in bad words and said they are not responsible for the covid patients. They are not weared covid kit also and they said there is no Oxygen in Ambi. And they inform the patient to walk. but patient is in critical stage. they leaved us and went. we tried to take away with us he stepped around 500 meters and he get cardiac arrest. In the time EMT and ambulance driver is not ready to touch the patients. then we rolled the patient to the ward. At the time he died of cardiac arrest at 12.30pm.
