108 Ambulance — failure of service | |||
December 27th 2019 @5:30pm an emergency phone called was given to the 108 in shillong. The case was a heart attack. The ambulance instead of providing a service they gave their problem that some private car was blocking their ambulance infront of a hospital and asked back the family for *what to do?*. The family had to handle this critical situation themselves without any assistance by those people. 108 is supposedly to provide a solution to people and not your problem. If you can't handle it they don't do it. I hope this msg will reach to that particular person responsible. Was this information helpful? | |||
